This is more than just a business to me -- it is my my passion and it brings me true happiness. I went through years of college, training, certifications, and being employed as an auto technician at an independent shop and 2 Stellar-Performance Subaru dealerships... Until I ventured out on my own into retail business ownership. In those first years on my own, my auto repair work was more of a hobby... though I kept steady at it with helping out friends, family, church members, neighbors, etc.
In 2006, things began to change. My wife and I had begun the process of adopting a baby girl! We soon realized that the fees associated with the adoption were extremely high, and we needed a way to start earning a lot of extra money... So naturally, I kicked my auto repair work into high gear! I needed to expand.
I decided to post an ad on a local website advertising my auto repair services, explaining I was raising money for my daughter's adoption. The response was overwhelming! It took less time than I thought to earn the extra money!... But it didn't stop there: because my customers turned into repeat customers, who referred me to their friends and family -- who then became repeat customers and referred me to their friends and family, and etc., and etc... Soon I didn't have the time (or the need!) for my other business, and the amount of auto work I was getting was growing beyond the capacities of my home garage.
Which brings my story to where it is today. A full-functioning LLC, owned by me and my wife, operating out of a "real" shop, built from the business that came from my faithful, repeat customers, and their continued referrals to their family, friends, neighbors, etc. The biggest portion of my customer base is still referral-based, and that means the world to me! As my customer, I know how valuable you are -- and I strive to make sure everyone who walks in my doors feels important and, hopefully, like my friend.

This owner does NOT care about new/repeat clients. He will NOT care about you when you request his help. He appears to be too busy to help you. When you request an estimate, he will not reply to you, often alluding to the fact that he is not into the "business" part of it, only the "mechanics" of it... HUH??.

After giving me a great deal on a new clutch, they failed to properly diagnose subsequent problems associated with the new clutch. They likely caused, but definitely neglected to diagnose (twice), a damaged axle seal that caused my transmission to leak a quart of oil within a week (twice). Was not impressed with their lackadaisical attitude or inability to identify and correct a problem. They will never again receive our business.
