AVOID ROXY AT ALL COSTS. They will absolutely try and upsell you on unnecessary replacement parts and their labor rate is ridiculously high ($125 per hour for body and paint labor vs. $55 at multiple other locations I visited). I needed my bumper replaced so when I visited Roxy, a guy (don't know his name because he never introduced himself) came out and spent 5 seconds looking at my car and took a picture.

He came back 5 minutes later with a quote for $3000 which listed replacements for the bumper as well as lower reinforcements, brackets, bezels, fog lamps, etc. which were all completely intact and never needed to be changed. On top of that, they needed to keep my car for an entire week for the repairs which meant finding a rental car and more expenses.

My friend who works at Geico quoted me $900 for my car repair so when I visited Roxy and got their estimate I almost had a heart attack. I ended up going to Liberty Collision in Northern Liberties and my out the door cost for replacing my bumper was $820. They were able to fit me in within 3 days and I dropped off and picked up my car the same day (no rental car needed!). Cancelling my appointment with Roxy was the easiest call of my life.

They seemed to be genuinely interested in servicing my car, but my insurance company totaled my car without good reason, and I never got a. chance to use them.

My car looks great oh, they did an excellent job and clean my car inside and out. They also put stripes back on my car. Great place to get your car done very personable people. I recommend this place.

I highly recommend these guys. They were prompt in completing the work finishing days before the estimated completion date. They went above and beyond, even giving us a ride home when we dropped the car off. All the staff were friendly and courteous. Fantastic service.

Highly Recommend! The service was great. The office was closed but Paul answered his phone and allowed me to drop off the car. He was responsive and proactive in dealing with the insurance company. Also called a rental car company to help coordinate a rental. Once authorized, the car was fixed promptly and quickly. The car looks and runs great.

Absolutely wonderful experience -- I can't recommend Roxy Auto Body highly enough! I was treated with empathy and respect by every employee I interacted with, particularly Steven, who was so kind in helping me with my car issue. I communicated that I had financial constraints, and rather than gouge my wallet -- like many other auto shops have done to me over the years -- the team presented me with different options and worked with me to land on an effective fix for my car that met my budget. They did a fabulous job for a fair price and I'll be taking any current and future cars to Roxy from now on.

I was involved in a rear end accident and had to get my bumper replaced. The team and Steve made sure the turn around time was quick, and they kept open and honest communication throughout the whole process. They also seemed to be very experienced at handling insurance claims which was great. I would definitely not hesitate to go back for any other work my car would need!

The first time I was referred to them by my auto dealer for a new car warranty repair for a leaky hatch where, after a rainstorm, water would leak down the inside of the rear hatch window. The car was returned to me as tight as a drum with no leaks. And Roxy made the experience painless by handling the billing with my car dealer.

Several weeks later I had someone back their truck into my car. It looked like a minor scrape that might have been able to be buffed out. To be sure, I took the car to Roxy. They examined the scrape and tried to remove it. Unfortunately, we discovered there was a small dent and chipped paint. I contacted the guy who hit my car and he filed a claim with his insurance company. Luckily Roxy was one of their preferred auto body shops.

Long story short, Roxy did the repair and coordinated everything with the insurance company who also arranged for a rental car. (Enterprise picked me up at Roxy and let me drop off the car there when my car was ready.) I really like the service from Roxy. Not only is the auto body work excellent but the I found them friendly, honest, and easy to work with.

Our experience here was fantastic from start to finish. Our Subaru dealer recommended this place. We got a quote from Roxy as well as a "Subaru certified" repair shop (that seemed really slimy). I am so glad we went with Roxy. They were very professional, responsive, & reasonably priced. Their work was fantastic and it was done a week ahead of schedule.

They arranged for our rental car after recommending a terrific, random (to us) more affordable rental company (Kulp). We will absolutely recommend them to friends & use them again if we ever need to (fingers crossed we don't!)

I had work done by roxy on 2 prior occasions. Customer contacts were reasonable and work all that i could have hoped for. Contacted them last week making an online appointment for a call back. Never happened. Repeatedly tried to call and never got thru. I went elsewhere.

If you have to have work done, they make the best out of what was likely a bad experience. Accurate estimates of both cost and timing of repair, and they are experienced with handling insurance claims (that matters more than you'd imagine!).

Just picked up my mom's Subaru. Replaced bumper. To my delight, they cleaned her car in and out! What a nice surprise! very happy with their work. Were referred by car dealership that doesn't have body shop. Great work and very friendly.recommend to anyone.
