This place was great. I worked with Tina over the phone, and she was very helpful. They diagnosed the issues with my vehicle and assisted the tow truck driver when they arrived since I was unable to be onsite.

My car total fixed price was $1200, I later received a call that another part needed to be fixed which would bring my total to $1580. I never gave the okay to fix that part as I needed to speak with my partner over our finances. The car sat at the shop for weeks, when they finally called and asked what was the plan. MAGICALLY my new total was $2100.

No one knew why or how, and all of a sudden the car wasn't ready, and a part was on back order that no one contacted me about. When they tried to figure out how the price jumped up themselves they jumped it down to $1800. Which still was not the last total amount I was told of $1500. I provided proof of the amounts and was told that they would issue me a check for their mistakes that they recall.

Which was somehow only just an extra diagnostic added LOL. That was not the case at all. Once I mentioned how I over paid and would be contacting a lawyer they dropped down the check payment amount to $129, and all of a sudden can't provide estimates nor receipts, because they can't input numbers into systems for things they create. I was also told that a piece was not fixed then again, MAGICALLY, we did fix it.

When it comes down to this place, they make up prices. Get a print out of every "estimate", do mot discuss business over the phone, they will work on stuff without your permission, and the list goes on. They did something similar to my Chevy truck. This time I refuse to let it go by. Bbb and lawyer are in works

Everyone seems so on the same page. Eager and ready to help resolve someone's problem. My turn came quickly and I had much confidence in what I was hearing from Bill and Tina and the lady at the front desk. The financing assistance just put it over the top. I did not expect that. I love that that Bill only believe in repairing a car the right way.

Also my car was done and im very timely fashion. I'm sure a lot of people would love to know about All State Transmission and auto repair shop. Instead of their car being stuck in a shop somewhere over a month.

Do not recommend. My truck was in the shop for nearly 3 months the person who was handling my truck was a man named Richard and i was constantly calling to get updated because he would never call to update me and was being told that it would be ready next week and a week would go by and I'd ask again and i would be told that they needed another week and that went on for a few months.

In the end the truck needed its fuel pump system to be replaced and i was charged almost 2 grand and that's including the "discounts" that were added. If you go here stick to oil changes if not you'll be getting your vehicle back in a matter of months. Their excuse will always be " We spend time on your vehicle to make sure we don't make you spend any more than you need to and we saved you money by not doing this and that and etc. I'd rather be told upfront it's going to take months so i could've went somewhere else got the job done faster and cheaper then to be lied to by unqualified people.

I will admit I was skeptical. They did a very good job rebuilding my transmission in one week and two days my Chevy was Ready! GOOD Job. Thanks Guys. They also offered me 1 free oil change whenever I'm ready. Thanks Bill. Thanks Rich and Thanks Dee Service: Transmission repair

After spending a total of 7.5K at this shop in 2021, on 3 separate invoices, I do not recommend this shop. It's obvious they do no quality review before they return your vehicle to you. I waited months, spent thousands of dollars, and they had the nerve to disrespect me by returning my vehicle to me damaged. My driver's-side door handle was broken; parking brake cable was completely disengaged; wires hanging, brake controller hanging down and missing it's bracket; driver's interior door and whole dash was sloppily reassembled and is now loose and missing many bolts and caps; there was no attempt to repair the cheap window trim but they still charged $380 to replace driver's window. The condition that my vehicle was returned to me shows this shop has no pride in workmanship.

Do Not go here rich is a scam! He will quote you one price and then when you come he's add extra

Not only does he give sound advice, he professionally AND courteously explains details that the customer might have misinterpreted! One vehicle in for CVT transmission replacement, next vehicle soon in for much needed high-milage maintenance.

If i could give a negative start i definitely would! My husband drove his car there in February 2021 and told them to fix a electrical problem. They diagnosed the vehicle with another problem and said they repaired it. So my husband paid them the $400+ because he thought the issue was resolved. Even tho that wasn't the issue he told them that was needed to be fixed.

The next day after picking the car up, that was supposedly fixed, the car had to be towed back to Allstate. Another $100+ for a tow truck! Smh. Once the car was taken back to Allstate, Allstate agreed that the issue was in fact a electrical problem (which my husband told them it was in the first place). So they offered to fix it but never did! Now 8 months later and the car has yet to be fix and was still at Allstate up until 10/19/21. Moral of the story, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE! Unless you want to just give away money, I'm just saying!

Brought vehicle in couple of weeks ago to check out transmission was helped by service advisor by the name of Richard. Kept car for at least 10 days never heard from anyone about my car kept calling back for a week Richard avoided calls until he said the transmission needed serving. repairs were supposed to have been done car is leaking fluid now and still not fixed when I brought it in it wasn't leaking I can't afford to leave it with them anymore.

When I got my car back the tech had my leather seats greasy. I can't afford to leave my car with them anymore and I sure as hell won't be back remember your first impressions to customers is always your lasting customers beware!

Oh my goodness! Where do I start! Please don't be smitten with the southern hospitality charm! My car was here for two months I called almost everyday to check the statues of the car and was constantly told it will be ready the next no later than the day after! This went on for two months. The initial diagnostic did not correctly identity the problem there it was like a scavenger hunt to solve the problem.

Of course at my expense. I had to pay for rentals for 2 months and the additional charges for the car that went a part of the original problem. And on top of all that the engine light is still on. I want to take it back but will this be another long journey down and expensive rabbit hole! Please get a second opinion!

This is a great place not putting it down on any way. Rich was who assisted my husband and I he is knowledgeable and helpful. Loved the service provided but sadly my issue is not resolved. After leaving my car for there for a week. I have spoken to them already and taking my car back today. My car is a mystery trust if they do finally fix it 5 star review on the way. Have faith they can fix it just so frustrating after all the money I have spent.

I decided to use Allstate's services from the flyer that I received from them in the mail. I spoke with Rich on the phone and met with him in person. I enjoyed speaking with Rich, he was very pleasant, professional, and explained things to me intuitively. I am very satisfied with the services, and my only regret is not using them before. I passed by the location all the time and did not know they were there. Look forward to using them again in the future for business.

They did an awesome job diagnosing and repairing our vehicle. We had a voltage issue and transmission had to be rebuilt. They had it longer than expected because they are that good and have a lot of customers. Transmission service was done on my 2014 Silverado. Dealerships never even said anything about transmission service, even when I asked. Rich was very Honest & informative! THANKS!!

It took me a while to give a review to Allstate Transmissions in Desoto. I wanted to make sure they stood behind their warranty on the service they provided. I have nothing but great reviews to give them for the excellent service I've received from them. From the moment I called to ask questions about the issues with my Lincoln Mark LT truck, Rich took ownership and explained to me very clearly the process of fixing my truck.

I took my truck to get serviced back on January 2020 for several issues, I've had to take it back several times since then for same issues but they've covered it under the 3 Year Nationwide Warranty they gave me. They've also fixed my window, worked on my A/C and done synthetic oil changes on my truck. The whole staff has been great and always treated me with respect.

They give you a rental car if the job is going to take longer than expected. They will also pick you up/drop you off if you need it. Bill is the owner and he will stand behind any job they do on your car. Bill I want to say thanks to you and your staff for the great service you've done on my truck. I know that if I ever take another vehicle to them, Bill and team will do a great job. I have told all my family and friends about Allstate Transmissions and If anyone else needs their car serviced, please give Bill and team a call.

I was so nervous when my transmission broke down on my Kia Soul. I thought my Kia was doomed. I tried calling the Kia dealership but obviously they would charge more than what the car is worth just to fix it. I gave Allstate Transmissions a call and I was so happy to hear that they could fix it. "bring it in!". Rich and Bill are very nice. They gave me the rundown on what to expect, how the transmission worked and what they could do.

Bill even drove me home when I dropped my car off. They fixed my transmission in my Kia Soul 2011 Base model 1.6L (Manual transmission) And it has been working great ever since the repair!
