Came here because I needed to replace my alternator, they replaced my old one with a refurbished one and charged for new. Had to replace the "new" alternator they gave me a couple of months later myself. The alternator was completely rusted on the inside. Absolute scam never come here.

They offered free tow to pick up car at 10 miles from house to shop and good mechanic to fix the cars, etc.

I highly recommend this shop. My 2007 Nissan Frontier had some serious electrical issues with the computers not communicating with each other. Cody and Tony were patient and able to correct the issue. Very good to work with. This shop is my shop of choice for any repairs. Thank you. David

Work was completed timely and they went above and beyond to deliver same-day turnaround, no added parts or labor until authorized by customer, issue (hood latch on 99 Beetle) fully resolved. Seemed honest and did not feel predatory. Will return for future service and have already referred my son for them to look at his transmission.

I have used this body shop for 12 years with no problem, I have sent others to have their cars repaired, A recent accident has brought my car to them once again at no fault of theirs the insurance company has caused major delays with my repairs. I would of given them 5 stars but the communication with James has been lacking and frustrating, they are kind respectful and honest. I would like to continue using them for as long as I own a car. I had a gas leak on my saturn l200 2003 and I'm the kind of person to fix my own car so I bought the fuel pump and filter. Realized that I had to jack my car 4 feet in the air so I decided to try and find a mechanic who will put in the part for me. I must of called like 10 mechanics. And Cody asked me rite away if I had the part. Rite when I called him. Even the estimates without the parts was cheaper anywhere. Wil come back for sure and will refer other people to the place. The 1st auto repair shops quotes $446 that $54 more than what I paid for my car a retired veteran sold me stating my alternator need repair. I took my car to southern auto repair shops for a 2nd diagnosis check I'm glad I did because I know someone had tried stealing causing my front tire/wheels made lots loud noise, that had to be fix fluids and southern found out why I had leaking.

I need new brakes pads, alternator pan need replaced. This is why anyone have problems with their car always get a 2nd opinion the day I took my car I couldn't get it diagnosed because they already had lots of customers and was booked. The Southern Auto Repair employees was very nice to me explained to me what repair I need done and after dropping off my car they have someone to take me back to my destination.

When my car was ready they had a very nice lady employees pick me up taken me to get my car after the work was done. Southern Auto Repair seem to have lots of diversity of customers including women customers. I was glad I taking my car because they are a AAA Auto that I have as a membership and accredited with the BBB

Always honest and helpful. Been coming here for 10 plus years and trust them completely the repairs done to my cars and trucks have sustained long enough for me to be able to pass on 2 reliable vehicles to my kids who are now in high school. You want honest and reliable service come here

I flew into Albuquerque to pick up an auction car, and the clutch needed to be replaced immediately. When every other shop was busy for weeks, Southern Boulevard Automotive came through that very day. They were upfront, transparent, professional, and reasonably priced. Though there was an issue with my repair, it was covered under NAPA's warranty, but thanks to Southern Boulevard Automotive being a member of their nationwide program.

If I ever need automotive service in the area again, I'd have no hesitation returning here. They helped me get places within a few minutes while I waited (food and library, both nearby), and were generally just nice people. I've done all my own work for 18 years, but didn't want to change a clutch on the side of the road, and so went here. No regrets.
