Drivers block entire entrances of businesses. Unprofessional to say the least

One of our rental Tesla's was recently towed off the highway by Jantz Towing and stored by them until we were notified by WI Police. Steve was very helpful. He charged us a reasonable fee for charging our Tesla overnight at their location since our client had run the Tesla completely out of juice. Sometimes towing companies get a bad wrap so I just wanted to give them an "attaboy". This is a first-class operation.

I've been going to this family owned business of recycled auto parts for 40 years. They are the best I've seen in the Chicago/Milwaukee megalopolis area. Professional and not arrogant. Fast and accurate. Very helpful without talking down to you. Usually the lowest prices too.

They have cheapest prices for used engines and transmission around Racine/Kenosha area but installation cost is ridiculously outrageous. Don't recommend installing engine or transmission from them instead look around Racine couple good mechanics charging a fraction of their installation cost.

Car was stolen and they came and picked it up. the driver was cool. i'll use them again.

They did a nice, timely, reasonably-priced repair of my bumper. Done without insurance. And they even got the black protection strip.

Towing service came right on time. The driver was really nice and helpful. The staff on the phone were very nice and made my day pretty easy. Unfortunately they were backed up 2 weeks in advance to work on the car that got towed, but if a place is backed up that typically means It must be good service worth the wait. Thanks Jantz!

Driver showed up quickly, within 15minutes, as promised. Was very polite and courteous, put the car right were I wanted it. Price was very reasonable for the excellent service they provided.

I have taken my car to Jantz twice and was impressed with the service both times. The issues with my car were minor each time. I didn't have a clue what was wrong, and they could easily have talked me into a lot of expensive work I didn't need. However, each time, they quickly fixed the minor problem I was in for and charged me under $50.00. I'll keep bringing my car to Jantz because I know they won't try to rip me off.

The only critique is that they can't always make an appointment right away. The first time, I waited a week for an appointment, and the second time, I waited a few days. But for minor problems, I'd rather wait a few days and know I'm getting a good, honest deal.

Drove into a ditch due to icy conditions and the insurance company tried two other towing companies who had wait times over an hour. I asked that they call Jantz's and they had a tow truck to me in 5 min. Got everything sorted out quickly, prices were very reasonable and service was friendly.
