I called to get some information on replacing a key and though they were open no one answered. I left a message and they didn't get back with me ever. I called back a few weeks later and they were very discourteous and unhelpful. Update: tried to talk to someone about a car shown on their online inventory. The person I talked to had no idea how to use their system and called me a liar when I tried to ask about a car listed on their website. When I told her I wasn't interested in the other car she tried to tell me about she became rude and then hung up.

I would never buy another car from this place again. Here are a few reasons why I wouldn't based on my experience. The first is my sales person told me my Santa Cruz was going to come in Hampton grey paint but when I picked it up it came in Sage Grey. Second, I financed the car in March well when I was supposed to pick up my vehicle in April, I had to re apply for a car loan because my loan was supposedly not approved after I had already signed for it.
When I first financed my vehicle back in March I gave them $4000 in cash for a down payment that whole time from until I picked up my vehicle in April, they just held on to my cash instead of giving me back my $4000 in cash back because my loan was not approved they held onto my down payment till I went in again. Third, when I took a closer look at my loan paper work it stated that my Santa Cruz had 8 miles.
Well when I picked it up it had 33 miles. I'm not a math major but that's 25 miles more than the contract stated. I'm summary I would never buy another car from this sketchy dealership. The only reason I continued with my purchase is because I wanted a Santa Cruz and they were the only dealership in New Mexico that said they would have a Santa Cruz in by March 28 th which is what I was first told but didn't get it till April 11th.

My car had an oil leak it turns out that the filter had been applied to tightly in the o-ring was cracked. The service tech said he would take care of it. awesome awesome service Great staff great team would definitely buy my next vehicle here and get all of my cars serviced here regardless of brand.

Crooks. Bought 2 cars from them, traded in 2 cars, got under value for the trade in, but worse, for one of the cars I bought, a Hyundai, they gave a broken key fob and "would get" the 2nd key. Never did, and never fixed the key they gave with the car. Find out it is a $500 part. Would never recommend this place.

Best experience I've had at a dealership in a long time. My salesman chris is very knowledgeable about the various cars I drove, very patient as I made my choice. No pressure from anyone. The financing department worked diligently to get me an awesome rate for my loan. They have a great lounge area so I could watch football, even had popcorn to go with a good game.
Everyone was super friendly, easy to chat with. Highly recommended this dealership. It does take a long time to get the paperwork processed, but that's the nature of buying a car Thank you Roswell Hyundai Tammy

These people were wonderful. While on our vacation my 2013 Elantra started over heating so I took it to the dealer because it is still under warranty. Within 30 minutes they found the problem and called to have the part overnighted. They were able to find us a car to borrow so we could see some of the sites around us. By early the next afternoon they had us done and ready to get back on our vacation. Thank you Delores and Hyundai you were truly a blessing.
