I took my car to Eagle back early March, My car sustained damages from colliding with a Deer. Robert performed my estimate. He was SUPER friendly and thorough. I received calls each week giving me an update on the progress of my vehicle. Once I received my car back last Friday (5/27/22), my car looked the same as before the damages. They did an outstanding job with the repairs and the paint job was phenomenal. It matched to a "T". I would highly recommend Eagle for any repairs needed. The business owners are super friendly also

I like how they welcome you to their shop and explain the whole procedure to you. Only thing is I have to wait over a month to get my vehicle repaired but I understand that supply issues are a problem these days.

Hands down the best body shop/paint shop around. And the customer service is like no other. They were so nice, they continued to call me to keep me informed about everything being done to my car and asked if it was okay to move on to the next set. I didn't have to chase them down to find out info about my car being fix. They gave me an estimate of when my car would be done and they where right on target. My car looks better than ever before the accident. Much respect to these guys at Eagle Body Works. This is how you do business.

I got in a car accident and was so worried about getting my car fixed! This shop squeezed me in despite how busy they were! They kept me in the loop the whole time without me even having to try to get in contact with them! They were very friendly throughout the process! My car is back in working order and looks and drives like brand new!

5 stars simply doesn't do this business justice! I hit a deer about a month ago and GEICO wasn't much help so it fell on me to coordinate a body shop and repairs and such. From the first time I called Eagle Body Works they were up front and honest. The current state of the auto repair industry is just abysmal. Too much work and no parts or help for many of the shops. Eagle was able to expertly navigate those issues and provide fantastic customer service and quality workmanship.

Not only did they do an in-depth tear down which discovered more issues from the deer, but they were able to get me OEM parts and price match them when my adjuster wrote in second-hand parts! This helped me retain much of the value of my vehicle. On top of that they stand behind their work and made sure I knew if I had any problems they'd take care of it. Jennifer kept me updated and stayed in contact throughout the entire process! I highly recommend Eagle Body Works and they will be the only ones I bring any work to from this point forward.

Needed a small fix on my back bumper. Everyone was super pleasant and helpful with getting our vehicle back to looking brand new. Easy drop off, quick turn around, and great results. Very happy with our experience!

I had some minor damage, approx. $2,000, repaired that involved several panels from my garage door closing on vehicle. They did a great job and truly cared about me being happy. I am very particular. Then they painted a side mirror for me from another car, a job so small that I could not find anyone to do it. They were happy to help out. Now, unfortunately, I collided with a deer and have some pretty major damage. I will be using them again. I highly recommend them. Hard to find a company that truly understands customer service, professionalism and quality workmanship.
