We will definitely recommend this business to anyone! We experienced outstanding customer service today. We were confirming with their rental service guy about the fact that our insurance would only cover a certain amount even though it was the insurance fault that we had a delay on our replacement check. One of the managers overheard the. conversation and asked us for the claim number.
He called the insurance and got a reimbursement from them! He didn't have to take the time to handle that for us, but it really made me feel like a valued customer! Thank you C&M Collision. You guys are great!

Since I can remember my family has always taken our vehicles to C&M for any work we have needed and now I do the same thing. There is a reason they have been in business for so long and there is a reason they are the best in Bartlesville. If you don't care about your car take it anywhere else. But if you want the work done right the first time they are the place to go.
