Our office staff is currently using Mitchell's Estimating System and has experience with Pathways, ADP, and All DATA. For performance and customer service we have Summit Software Solution's Management System, providing Continuous Vehicle Updating, Parts Management, Automatic File Notations, and Performance Scheduling set to a four hour per day touch time resulting in excellent cycle times.
Q: Why does my insurance company try to get me to go to one of their shops? A: They are attempting to steer you to a shop that will benefit their needs by discounts you'll never see. Q: Why is my insurance company telling me that the repairs are only warranted if I use their shops? A: Insurance companies do not fix cars, the warranty is provided by the shop of your choice.

Beyond my expectations, had a great experience with Alex he is honest, attentive, and made me feel i was in the right hands getting taken care off he treated me like a friend. Before going to superior i had gone to Exotic Auto body in Vacaville i can say the place and the quality of customer service also the prices where 10x better with Superior Auto Body. Don't think I could have got a better service elsewhere. From the moment I arrived, I felt comfortable. After speaking with Jr. About the damages on my car from an accident, I was confident my vehicle would be fixed properly. This place was very professional from beginning to end. Excellent service, friendly staff. They fixed our car following an accident in a very timely manner and returned the car to us in beautiful condition. Had to return the car a few weeks later for a minor repair and they detailed the car, both inside and out before returning it. I highly recommend this business!
