10/10 for Prestige Lube & Tune! Can't recommend them enough. Extremely responsive on the phone, accurate quoting for time and estimated cost, and their customer service was amazing. As a woman I felt completely comfortable and they were very through at explaining everything that was going on with my car. Only mechanic I plan to use in LA. cheers, Hunter

This place is a gem, John is a magician, I had a stuck spark plug that wasn't able to be removed and these gentlemen somehow got it free. No joke, it's like my sixteen year old truck is brand new suddenly, it's never run so smooth. Reasonably priced, friendly and efficient, I'm lucky this place is close to my work. If you're looking for a new mechanic, as a skeptic I can't recommend this place enough.

Jon at Prestige is a great 'front man'. He is friendly and personable, accommodating and helpful. The (oil change) job was done on time, even though I only booked the day before - and Jon phoned with a suggestion for a minor job that I'd wanted done but forgotten to ask about (getting new windscreen wipers). Jon also arranged replacement of a car alarm - this was also done in quick time and at a reasonable price. Thanks Jon and Prestige!

My fiance and I walk past this place all the time and when my car needed its oil changed he suggested I look into it! I took my car over and they said they could change the oil right away. Perfect. I told him my car pulled to the right and if they could check it out and sure enough, the alignment was so bad that it had ruined the tires to my 2.5 year old Lexus.
He showed me how the metal lining in the tire was showing and that it could blow out at anytime. I ended up having to get 2 new tires, which John (nicest guy) did some research and he called me back with a great price and a few options! I would recommend anyone and everyone to try this body shop!
