The workmanship is top notch! No problems. The staff is also super friendly. My only reason for the minus one star is they might have overbooked their business and had to delay my repair for a week and then the 10 day repair turned out to be 3 weeks but again not completely their fault as parts are hard to get during the pandemic. Lastly a part I asked to be replaced, that I supplied was lost accidentally so even though they promised to order another one and install it when it arrives, I left without it for now.

Again these are minor but that's why 4 stars instead of 5 because there's always room for perfection. I was a little shocked that during the most contagious time of Covid, not one staff member or customer was wearing a mask. I'm not making it political but the day I picked up my car my child was ill with Covid and yes I was wearing my mask so I wouldn't accidentally spread it to anyone else Incase I happened to have it. thankfully I did not. Great work and very pleased with all that said.

Had a minor collision and located this shop on Allstate Good Hands Repair Network when starting a claim. Looked at the google reviews, and they were all spot on. Adams Auto Body was easy to work with and kept me updated on all the repairs and issues with why it was taking long. Will be using them again if ever needed. Broke interior panels and tried hiding it with epoxy. Bent exterior trim and again tried hiding it with some kind of epoxy. Paint department it's pretty good. And customer service is good Service: Body & Trim
