I went because my car was making a squeal noise and a guy named Shelby walked out and looked at it and helped me find out the problem. He was beyond kind and I highly recommend. I would like to say i had really good experience with sales and service they did an outstanding Job with handling everything i needed Done in a short.Had a flat tire and they took us in 15 minutes before close and got us back on the road very quickly. I have a 2008 Ford explorer with a 128,000 miles on it. In the last 3 years I put 6 new Timkin wheel bearings in it. Timkins is generally considered to be good bearings. All 6 Bearings failed in months. I finally found out that Kewaunee, IL had a Moores auto repair business. I remembered how good a job they done in the past in a different town. It was years ago.
I contacted the company in person and knew from first contact I had come to the right place. They communicated with me as they spent quality time looking for the reason I was losing so many bearings. They found the reason. I made an appointment and they fixed it and explained to me why I had trouble. I was very happy and Moores is my go to mechanic from now on.

The staff at Moore Tires are professional yet personable. They let me know I needed a new air filter and actually looked up the cost of the filter and explained why I needed it. I would recommend Moore Tires for all your automobile repairs /maintenance. They also have a credit card that will help me pay for my new tires in installments.

Ran into some issues when getting oil changed and air filter changed. A part got broken when they were replacing the air filter, however they did their best to get it fixed as soon as they could. There were ordering issues that were completely out of their control which is understandable. Liz, Andy, and Kelso were awesome and did everything they could to help me and make it right!

I am a procrastinator and always do things last minute, but they are able and willing to accommodate. I stopped in today for tires and an alignment, Aaron Russel was a huge help right out the gate. Greeted me at the door and helped me find a good tire at a great price. They need to be watched very carefully I had service there several times with no problem and very good customer service but on the service where they made a mistake and caused damage to my car the good service stopped and the excuses and double talk from employees and Jeff Moore himself started, they refused to let me view security tapes they said proved they didn't do it. There are lots of other service shops in the area, save your frustrations and go somewhere else.

We were driving coast to coast and had a puncture on I-80 in IL. We were waiting on side of highway, called GEICO but they couldn't find anyone to help us. We called pretty much all the tire stores we can find within 100 miles and nobody had the right size tires in stock. If it wasn't for Andy A. and his crew we would've been screwed.
They had the tires we wanted, sent a crew to I-80 to help us with the spare tire, and we followed them to their store for replacement. They did a fantastic job and finished within the hour. We were supposed to stay the night in Ohio and thanks to them we made it later that night.
