Great American Tire & Auto Center

Used to like this place even though they scratched my rims every time I had my winter set swapped for summers. I thought no it's normal scratches got worse and worse every time I swapped. The nail in the coffin was went to swap again and someone had the mechanical gun over torqued and that busted my front stud. This is a rookie mistake always check manufacture specs in the manual to adjust torque prior to putting wheels back on. Needless to say this little trip which should take 30 -46 min at most took 2 hours.

I have nothing against this place been coming here but it in they have new techs or something but this is inexcusable a discount wasn't even offered oh and I had nasty grease marks on my white doors the handles. I wouldn't recommend this place anymore.

Fast friendly service! My 1st time there, I'll be back for sure! Update; I've been using them for a few years now - Tim & his crew have not let me down! Even "worked with me" when I had an ECM go out & got it myself faster than they could. 2 years later motor let go (same car, lots of mileage) & didn't charge me to check it out to confirm.

Great American Tire and Auto Repair is an amazing shop. I was looking for someone who could work on my car but not charge dealer prices. I was in luck. Everyone here is kind and hard working. I appreciate the inspection report that come with every service.

Got an oil change. Everyone was friendly & helpful. Had an 11:30 appt. Started on my car within 15 min. of my arrival. Know I need tires so she ran a couple different tire prices which is very helpful. Oil change price was very reasonable. Will definitely return.

This is an "everything done twice" kind of shop. I know this because my last two services have needed me to come in for corrections. My brakes had to be redone after just 3 months. I also had a check engine light pop on. I went in and they told me they fixed it. 3 days later, the light was back on for the same error. I took it back in and they couldn't figure out the problem. 4 days this problem cost me. I took it to another shop and they had it fixed in an hour.

This was my first visit to this shop. I had new tires installed on my 2007 Jaguar XK as well as an oil change. Excellent and friendly service! I was able to schedule a time to bring it in online and then wait for the work to be completed. Although they were continuously busy, it was well organized and they were on time with my work. I am definitely going back!

These people are so nice. So knowledgeable. So willing to accommodate. Not lowest price, but truely valued price. And let's face it, getting top value for your auto repair is what you want. And that is certainly not a available at my dealership. I am so greatful to Great Ameeican Tire.

I had been recommended by dealer to take my car elsewhere for work due to cost and Great American Tire is my go to. My light wasn't on so they had me stop by when it came on to better estimate and plan for repairs. They had it back right away and did a great job!

I woke up to a flat tire and was able to fill it enough to get to GAT. They fit me in and were able to fix the tire and perform some needed maintenance work. I've been going there for years and even after moving to a neighboring state, I've always made the trip to have my car repaired. I was very happy to discover they just opened up a store in Kenosha where I now live!

Polite and friendly customer service. I asked for a tire rotation and wheel balancing and that's exactly what I got. I appreciated that they left me some recommendations on the work invoice regarding tear on wiper, etc., but didn't push anything onto me for additional work or purchases. I believe they do honest, good work, and turnaround time was very quick as well. 5 out of 5 stars.
