I finally found a home base for my car. The owners, Michael and John, are friendly and knowledgeable, and they maintain a hard working staff. They have handled everything from a regular oil change to computer wires, chewed through by a mouse. I highly recommend their service! Services: Oil change, Electrical

Got my front brakes on my Nissan Altima done here awhile back. Full replacement, calibers, brake pads, rotors, etc. $1200 later. Told me I'd need the back ones done. That's all fine & good. Just decided to take my car to get the back ones done elsewhere and needed a full replacement, same job this place gave me yet town auto quoted me $670 for the same job. Interesting that I seem to have been scammed for my money back when I got my front brakes done.

I can't tell you how wonderful it is to work with professionals. I had a vibration sound coming from front of the ML430. It persisted even when the engine was off. I suspected it was something with the ABS system and brought it to Enginuity, Inc. on my way into the office this morning. Michael was able to immediately take a look at it, listen to it, and pull codes.
He diagnose the problem and determine that it was in fact the ABS Relay that failed and was arcing. The relay was replaced, and I am back on the road. I appreciate experts and have always believed that you can have the best or you can have the cheapest, but you only get to pick one. In this case, I not only had the best, but the price to Fix It was very reasonable.

I experienced exceptional customer service with Mike and his staff, and excellent service diagnosing and repairing my problem and getting me on the road quickly. A truly pleasurable experience, satisfied beyond measure. I highly recommend Engiuity to anyone needing service on their vehicle. The longer TRUE story (jf you care to read).Mike went above and beyond in a very difficult situation. Friday afternoon of Labor Day weekend, my 2003 Mercedes Benz E320 broke down about an hour from the shop off the Cape. Mike had done service on the vehicle for its prior owner.
When I broke down, I called Mike in desperation. He offered to send out a tow and wait until I got back to the shop to repair my car. Steve, the owner of the tow truck was a great guy and we had a fun ride back to the Cape, sitting in traffic. He know a great shortcut, but even still, with Cape traffic we were delayed. When we arrived after 5pm, Mike and his staff were ready and quickly, professionally repaired my brakes. Mike and his staff were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
I wish I lived near as I would service my MB and BMW with his shop exclusively. I recommend all the folks at Enginuity. Mike and his staff were great. When I attempted to tip Mike's mechanic, he refused. I was impressed with Mike's customer service and the professional behavior of his staff from top down. You can count on those guys.

I am do not live on the Cape, but this business has my endorsement. Even though they were quite business, they found time to reset my tire sensor and check the air pressure on all my tires for no charge. My wife and I were treated like regular customers and they did not charge anything for helping me out. If I was a local, I would definitely be using this business for servicing my Metris.

I was recommended to Enginuity by not just one but two people I knew, so when I had a mystery problem with my BMW, I knew where I wanted to take it. Though my dealership and other expert shops were baffled by my car's problem, Mike and the team at Enginuity spent time finding out what the real issue was (a smaller part than initially thought). I was so pleased by their professionalism and attention to detail. I will be returning for new tires when the time comes. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you Mike and John!

The Enginuity team is the best. Our 1988 Alfa Romeo Spyder quit on us 2 months into a 4 month summer visit. They came to Eastham for it, provided a loaner for the 3 weeks it took for parts (head gasket + more) and repair and returned our darlin' convertible in top notch running order. Saved our summer. HIGHLY recommend these mechanics.

There is simse like a lot of good reviews - my experience was different. Drop the car - telling please chek all the codes simse car was in the accident. They saing ok - my main concern was that "blinde spot assist and keyless go " was not working properly - my car is 2014 C350 cape Mercedes. So next day - call from one of tech - saing your blinde spot assist is totally down and there is no acces to it since no communication with computer - need more diagnostic and removal of rear bumper - me - no need.
Next keyless go him it simse like all antenna working but and I don't know why it does not work. Ok. Telling me need more diagnostic. Later that day I call back and saing please dont do any more work I would like to pick up car by end of the day. They saing oil change was not done - will be ready next day. Ok. Call next day - your bill is 454 $ car is ready - for oil change and quiq computer scan lmao. Alright BUT NOW TO FUN PART the only reason It's 3 stars cause manager tokk done my bill to 300.
But - whyle I am there arguing with them about price they call a kid who worker on my car and he tryin to explain to me what he did and why he spen so much time with blinde spot assist and cheking fuses and wiring. Keep in minde - I am fairly knowelegable in German cars and diagnostic on them. Ok I just stop home - guess what - WHOLE BLINDE SPOT ASSIST SUSTEM WAS DISABLED IN CAR SETTIG MENU.
So kid coul have spen 10 hourse of diagnostic but German car then could not figure our to chek car setting menu on dash board. You kidding me right?!?! System still need a coding done cause one of sensors was replaced but I sure won't bring my bissnes to this guys no more. Sure they also don't want me there as a costumer. So I don't like blindly trow money. So if owner reads this please keep in minde you tech simple not knowing what he is doing costed me money. It's super easy to just chek car settings. Nice day.

I had a major engine failure on my 02 X5. Mike had me wait a bit for an opening for such a big job. But he kept his promise and took care of the problem on the day he promised. Not only he repaired all what was needed, he also checked everything, and I mean everything. John fixed my seat belt that dealer wanted over $1000 to fix, he replaced rear stop light bulb socket that was failing, adjusted brakes, whatever was wrong with my car. Mike's estimate was on the money, honest and absolutely correct and all documented to the last screw that had to be replaced.
All the extras were symbolically charged, but the care is what mattered. I didn't even mention seat belt slow retraction problem. I can't believe that these days there are still mechanics that know exactly what they are doing, being on time and caring for your car almost as much as I do, as a customer and car enthusiast. KUDOS to Enginuity team. P.S. I waited for a couple of months and 4000 miles after the repair, so this is a proven testimony to their good work
