Ray's Tire & Service

We are so grateful to Ray's for all their exceptional courtesy. Got a flat on I95 a few hours into a two day trip. They got us in super quick, got all new tires (needed then soon anyway) and it was still cheaper than the other quotes we received. The other places told us we'd have to wait hours in line, and Ray's mechanic delayed his lunch to get us on our way. They were also very friendly.

I was traveling through the panhandle and caught a flat tire. I just so happened to pass by Ray's and stopped in to see if they could repair my tire. Unfortunately it wasn't repairable however they had a used tire for me and I was on my way within 10 minutes. Awesome customer service and very fair price. Highly recommend.

Great customer service on flat tire. I had a slow leak flat and went to the place I usually go. They said they are too busy to do it and it would take two days to get an appointment. Suggested I try Rays. Well I did and they had my tire repaired and had me out of there in 30 minutes! I had bought 4 new tires from that last place but Rays now has a new customer! Will me doing my business there from now on!

Absolutely incredible service! The entire staff was attentive and amazing. I am from out of town and they had to order a part and immediately took me to my condo so I didn't have to wait there. My vehicle was ready 2 hrs later and now is working great. I can't thank you enough.

Sarah was a rockstar! We were driving a rental car that got a flat tire in a parking lot nearby their shop. I called her and she got us in right away. They assessed the tire and informed us that the tire was not repairable. Luckily they had a used tire they could quickly replace and we'd be on our way! In less than an hour we were back on the road and our vacation was barely paused! Amazing service! Many thanks!

Once again Ray's Tires has delivered great service. After booking my appointment on line they sent me a friendly text reminder the day before and were ready for me when I arrived. They serviced my car and answered all my questions. Friendly and knowledgeable employees.

First auto shop I've used since moving to the area after being referred by a good friend/local. I was not disappointed! Everyone was friendly, up front, and helpful. As usual great service. My wife was in St Augustine with her car and the check oil light came on. Since she was leaving the next day on a 500 mile drive she went to Ray's and they immediately checked the car, put oil in the engine and advised her to get it checked when she returned home. The car had been serviced before she left on the current trip. Staff was friendly and helpful

Fantastic experience here. We had an unexpected emergency wherein our tire blew a flat. The tall guy with angular glasses was very pleasant, and they were able to squeeze us in to get everything looked at and back on the road within 2 hours so we could enjoy the rest of our vacation. Highly recommend them for prompt, flexible, and affordable help!

Dropped off our car about 8:45am to have 2 tires put on. They had it finished by 10:45 and had the exact tires I needed. They have been friendly, professional and timely every time I have used them.

This is a very well ran operation. The staff is professional and efficient. They quote you a total "out the door"price instead of trying to confuse you with hidden fees. And, their prices seem very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Jacob and the team at Ray's Tires. I got new wheels as well as a Lift Kit installed. Communication was great, the follow-up was on point, and the workmanship was stellar. I am very glad my friend turned me on to Ray's and I will be sending everyone I know there going forward. This was our first time using Ray's Tire Pros, and it won't be our last. We had to replace our existing tires and found Ray's Tire Pros on yelp with excellent reviews. Both Jason and Jerry took the time and effort to work with Michelin Tire to get us the best price and warranty adjustment from the premature wear on the existing tires, for new Michelin tires.

We scheduled the appointment for the new tires and they got us in in time and completed the work expeditiously and professionally. We will be using Ray's Tire Pro in the future for all our car services.
