I had my care taken here when I hit a deer and they did an amazing job! My car looks like nothing ever happened! New windshield, hood, fender, headlight that they had to search for but found one and they made sure to keep my up to date with everything. They even went as far as to clean it for me and give her a good washing. Everyone I spoke with was extremely nice and helpful. Highly recommend! Thanks again Beckwith!

I understand why no one wants to get their vehicle fixed there

This place was honest. I did not have work completed by them. They did the evaluation of the work that was required to fix my car. The evaluation was sent to my insurance company.

They were able to get my car in and repaired before other places could even get it in. They did a beautiful job repairing the outside damage and had a lot to do under the hood too. The communication through the whole process was great. I'm so happy with the whole experience

Work as good or better than I've seen in over 40yrs of experiences with body shops. Service far better than any repair facility I've dealt with. I was truly treated like they valued my business, I'm a repeat customer and will continue to be if I need collision repair again. If there's an issue, it's communication - solely because they're giving customers before you the kind of service I received.

I'm an essential worker and my car was ready SOONER than anticipated which presented a timing issue for me to pick up my car, Beckwith's went out of their way to find a solution - again, I feel that they appreciate my business.

The communication is awful. Was promised my car in a week and it took 2. No one made any attempts to update me regularly. I had to call them to find out what was going on. Then I couldn't get through on the phones for an hour and a half. I ended up just having to go there only to be told parts were on back order. I had to go get something out of my truck and it had body parts strung all over the trunk and backseat.

The final straw was when I got a call from the rental company saying I had one hour to turn in my car or I would be charged because my car was done since 9:30am. NO ONE FROM Beckwiths EVER called me to tell me my car was done I had to learn about it from a third party. Do not use this place.

Would not recommend their scammers told me my car was unsafe to drive after they fixed it, but then said to drive home but dont drive anywhere else. "Your best bet it to sell it" All they cared about was the check. When i took my car in my breaks were perfect then when i left i could barley even stop my car. They are very unprofessional. The guy knew my car was broken they had it over two weeks.

Then to recommended me selling it after saying it was unsafe. And when i got in my car it was so nasty and dusty unlike when i dropped it off. And smelled like cigarettes and I've never smoked a cig in my car?

Great friendly folks here. Helpful with my mom and her nissan frontier body damage, and also with helping me with my improperly hanging door hinge. They will work with your insurance as well as finding you a meaningful inexpensive solution to your body issues.
