City Auto Body Centers is a locally owned auto body repair business started in 1978. The most important thing is to remain at the scene of an accident if your vehicle is involved. Send others for help especially if you are injured. Worry first about the passengers in the vehicles and their immediate safety. Turn off ignition switches to avoid a risk of fire. Do not attempt to move seriously injured persons unless their vehicle is on fire.
Do not be intimidated in dealing with insurance companies. Your automobile insurance policy is a contract between you and the insurance company. Your insurance company agrees to provide certain services in return for the monthly or annual premiums you pay them. It is your money and your contract with the insurance company.
The facility should have an excellent reputation. What has your prior experience with the repair facility been? Do you have positive referrals from friends or relatives that have had their vehicles repaired by the facility? The facility should be well-organized and well run. Ask to walk through the facility.

My GMC Terrain was involved in a hit and run on the freeway. My insurance company gave me a list of body shops. I called several and they all wanted me to set an appointment for an appraisal. I then called City East Auto Body Center and I did not have to make an appointment. I took the car to them on the same day I called and they had the appraisal complete within an hour.
I informed my insurance company about my choice and the body shop ordered the parts needed for the repair. The parts arrived within a week and my car was put into the shop a week later, on a Monday. I had the car back on Friday of that same week. The car looks GREAT. The paint job was exceptional, matching the original paint perfectly. The customer service was incredible and very professional. David stayed in touch with me the entire process.
I received text on the progress almost daily. I truly felt I was in the hands of competent professionals. I seriously cannot imagine a better automotive repair shop in Spokane and I highly recommend City East Auto Body Center to anyone.

Had an awesome experience here! Recently got in an accident and everyone here was very patient with me and answered all my questions I had. Even though my car was a total loss and was not worth repairing they were caring and compassionate. If I ever need a body shop again they will be my first call.
