It all depends on the damage. In most cases we can assess the damage in 15-30 minutes & then send or e-mail you a copy if you can not wait for it. We can work with most Insurance companies to get an agreed repair price. Some Insurance companies will tell you that you have to have it fixed at a certain shop.

Minor accident while heading back to college and decided to go with J&H Auto Body. Every staff member was very friendly and considerate. While taking the vehicle in for an estimate, the staff seemed very knowledgeable and empathetic to my situation. The person I saw had a way of carrying himself that was very admirable. If you're a college student in the La Crosse area, I highly recommend this business. They did an amazing job!

Came here to get body work done on my Tundra. Their drive-in estimate was quick and easy. Was told it would take about a week and a half to finish since I wanted my truck cap painted also. Dropped off truck on a Monday and got a call Friday morning that my truck was done. Great! Took less time than expected and truck looked better than when I bought it. J&H is on top of their game, they had all paperwork ready to go. Came in, paid, signed paperwork and out the door I went, no waiting around, that's the kind of service I like. Thanks Bob and crew, if ever I need body work done again, I ll be back!

I came in to have a pretty large scratch sanded and repainted, and these guys did a much better job than I was expecting! Larry came out and gave me an estimate within minutes and all I had to do was leave the car with them. They got the work done much faster than expected with amazing quality. Also his estimate was exactly what he ended up charging me. I had a very good experience and will be going to these guys if I ever need anymore bodywork done

I am a repeat customer to J & H. This visit was because of a deer hit. Bob and his staff are professional and friendly and very easy to work with. They did a phenomenal job repairing the damage, looks like it never happened. They handled all the insurance dealings and did the repair very quickly. Bonus, they even fixed a piece of loose weather stripping by my rear door that I've wanted fixed for awhile, thank you! I highly recommend J & H Auto Body!

Oh my these guys are awesome! Took my older Subaru in for some modest body work and it came back looking like a million! I also asked if there was a fix for my old glazed headlight covers. They gave me the options but I was a bit skeptical. I went ahead with their suggestions and again PERFECT. The best part was it was all done a day before I expected, for the price I was quoted and when I picked it up it was cleaner than the day I dropped it off - inside and out! I don't really want to have to use them again (means something bad happened) but if the need arises there won't be any question on where I end up.

Unfortunately, I had a vehicle slide into mine this winter and I needed some repairs done to the drivers side door. I found J&H and was stunned by how amazing their reviews were! And it's stands true. They have a very quick and efficient quoting process to assess the damages and it's free. They are super friendly and accommodating. They provided me with a new and clean rental car to use for work until my vehicle was ready, and called me the second it was finished.
They did an amazing job on my car and even cleaned my car inside and out. That to me is going above and beyond! I will definitely use J&H again if I ever need repairs like this and will recommend them hands down!
