These guys are lifesavers. I had a brake problem while on the turnpike so I got off and pulled in to the first garage I saw. I am lucky it was here. Despite the fact that it was 4:30 on a Friday and they were super busy, they looked at my car right away. I had it back by Monday afternoon and feel the price was reasonable.

Brian, Mark and Chris are great and honest mechanics. I use them for both of my vehicles and they are both running great at 100K+ miles. I couldn't be happier to have found a mechanic that I can trust.

My family has been bringing their cars here for years. These guys are able to solve any issues, and are honest and trustworthy throughout the process. They provide an advice on changes or improvements that should be made, but don't force it on the customer. We won't bring our cars anywhere else!

I have been taking my vehicles for about 10 years, and I have always had a positive result. They are always accomodating, especially if I call last minute with a problem. In fact, when I drop off my car, they drive me home. And, when I need to pick the car back up, they come and pick me up. I have always found them to be honest and forthright with me.

If I ever need a lot of work done, they always call and discuss the price to fix the car before doing any major work. They explain as to why something is needed done and how they plan to fix it. Brian, Hank and Mark are the best at what they do. I would never go anywhere else.

Since I started using them over 2 years ago, I haven't gone anywhere else - Hank, Brian and Marc are the best. They know their stuff and they stand by their work; and are certified to keep up on the latest technology. And when I needed to replace my car, Brian (he's second generation) steered me in the right direction to get the right one that was good quality and low maintenance.

That's what I needed and that's what I got. The owners have been around a long time so their experience spans several decades. I asked how many total years of auto/truck experience do the guys have who work at the shop, and it tops 100 years. They don't have a turnover of staff which tells me they're a stable business. I've gone to dealerships where they sell more repairs than needed to their loyal (unassuming) customers, with all the wonderful top sales awards on the wall, and I'm done lining their pockets and decorating their walls. I'll stick with people I can trust to help me maintain or repair my car and not over-service it.

I've been dealing with Schumacher-Francy for over a decade, and they're the best. Honest, smart and usually comes up with solutions that save me money. I was ready to replace a transmission and they figured out it was the mass-air-flow (MAF) instead, and saved me $$$. They really are one of the top-notch auto repair places. A+++ and thumbs up!

UPDATE: I paid for the factory belt and it kept making terrible squealing noises and took it back to them 3 times and they told me it could not be fixed and was normal for a car with some miles on it. I took it to a good mechanic and found that they had cocked the underside bolt on the belt tension mechanism installing it and it wasn't sitting flush.

He fixed it in 15 minutes with simple re installation. Terrible quality work, I will never take my car there again for any repairs. 3 times they looked at this and couldn't fix their own work.
