Happy and Peace Of Mind. I finally found a reputable mechanic who take pride in their work and take the time to fully explain the repair of your car. I had to have my 2016 Macan cardan shaft replaced. I've been to all 3 local Porsche Dealers Cherry Hill, Conchy and Warrington. Let me tell you, forget about the price, but the customer service is awful.
They all think they walk on water, It's a car and If I'm paying I'd like a bit of an explanation. I even tried Glenwood in Yardley, who by the way did a nice job on fixing something in the past, but all you get to speak to is the secretary, who by the way is not the most polite and explanatory person. Anyway, I found German Auto and couldn't be more pleased by the communication, service and competitive price.
More importantly, they took the time to explain exactly what was wrong and didn't make you feel like you were asking for a loan. I would HIGHLY recommend going here, if it's out of the way, it will be worth the drive. Right off the Blue Rte and believe it or not, right down the street from Porsche of Conshohocken. And a big thanks to Todd who answered my call late on a Friday and took the time to explain some things and book my appointment. Thank you

I will NEVER take my car anywhere else ever! This is my third time getting work done here and should have written the review sooner. The car specialists here are amazing. They are honest, very professional and know their stuff. I went in thinking my car had some expensive issues but only needed minor work and the bill was significantly less than I thought it would be. Don't be afraid to bring your car here. The value is great, the service is friendly and quick.

Nick and his staff are TOTALLY AWESOME. Alex and Erika were very kind and extremely pleasant to talk too. They have excellent technicians that are very knowledgeable. They took good care of my 2010 Bentley Flying Spur. I won't take my car anywhere else to be serviced or maintained. prices are affordable and the service is superb. Thanks German Auto

I switched to German Auto Specialists after my official car dealer quoted me a ridiculously high amount to repair my engine. After getting a second opinion with Nick, the $12,000 original bill turned into $1200 Bill. They are honest, dependable and excellent quality. I now bring my car and even my son's Subaru. Don't let the name fool you, they take great care of Japanese cars as well (Who Knew?). Good luck.
