Ray's Truck & Auto Repair has been serving all of its automotive repairs and towing services to the Milford and surrounding Tri-State area since 1997. Services began from a small hometown garage and customer clientele grew quickly. In 1998, the building located at 105 East Ann Street was purchased and shortly after, the towing and road service was underway with the purchase of a wrecker and a flatbed. Over the next few years, the small space on Ann Street was challenged by continuous growth. The search to purchase a larger commercial property began.

They are super friendly. No one could figure out what was wrong with my van, and they were 3rd mechanics I towed my car. They found the problem right away, and the vehicle was driving the next day. Price was professionally composed and reasonable, properly adequate to the service. Recommend this shop to anyone with a car problem.

I have tried several other places in the Milford area but a year ago discovered Ray's on Ann Street. They care for my Audi and Honda, and fix stuff on time at a fraction of the price of a dealer. They never upsell or do unnecessary things. And Melissa and Austin are great. Always helpful. Always smiling. Always willing and able to help. But they know their limits and know when to tell you that the problem needs a specialist. Highly recommended. I trust them.

My Dad was in an accident in PA while towing a trailer home to MA from a car show in GA, two days before Thanksgiving. Ray's came out and spent hours cleaning up the accident scene, and then towed and stored Dad's van (totaled) and trailer (severely damaged) for us. Karen was very nice to work with during the month it took us to figure out what to do next with the two vehicles. Mike brought the trailer back to MA last week, and my Dad and I went back to PA this week (4 weeks after the initial accident) to Ray's, to clean out Dad's personal belongings from his van. Ray's folks kept checking on us, and seeing if we needed anything and Mike helped me move heavy or stuck items. Overall, everyone who we were in contact with at Ray's was helpful, kind, and understanding. Glad they were called instead of anyone else! Thank you to everyone at Ray's! Margaret :-)

The best of the best! I travelled from Manhattan to Milford to get to Rays. And will do it again. After going to two garages in Manhattan to have the a/c repaired with no luck, Ray did the job in less than two hours at a more than reasonable price. I then returned to have other services completed and again was more than satisfied. Ray does great job, in a short amount of time at a very fair price. He is a hardworking, accomplished, honest guy! If I could give him 10 stars, I would.
