Outstanding customer service. I was looking for an infotainment system and Lee went out of his way to make sure all my concerns were covered and the part arrived sooner than I anticipated. Rick at Lindale has been so incredibly helpful, honest, and kind. I was directed to him by Jerry Ernst Auto Body (also amazing) and was immediately relieved to finally receive good advice from a knowledgeable and caring source. Other mechanics were giving me really high quotes and giving me the run around but Rick gave me the FACTS as well as the lowest price WITH a warranty. He empathized, suggested the best plan of action, and made me laugh. Really well done!
