One major key to successfully making sure you are doing all you need to do is to read your vehicle's owner's manual. Regardless of your vehicle's make or model, its owner's manual will contain a maintenance schedule.
The brake system is actually composed of two kinds of systems-Hydraulics and Friction Materials. Here's what happens within these systems between the time your foot hits the brake pedal and your car stops. When pressure is applied to the brake pedal, the master cylinder creates hydraulic pressure which pushes brake fluid to the wheel brakes.

Could not speak more highly of the BCS crew. A vehicle I purchased had been serviced here for 20+ years before I owned it, and now it will continue to be taken there. Sammy is very clear with expectations and pricing - - and it really makes a difference as a customer. It feels good to trust a mechanic's recommendations, especially when they are honest about what may or may not be "necessary" to repair. The techs are quick with their work, and it appears to be the place to go if you have an older C/K 1500. Thanks again, BCS.

These guys went out of their way to help my stranded son who was passing through and ended up having his vehicle break down. They worked hand in hand with another shop in order to get his vehicle repaired. I live in Gwinnett County Georgia, but highly recommend this shop hands down based on their work.

Unprofessional had me sitting in my car for 2 hours for a car inspection that still never happened and no one even have the courtesy to come to my car to let me know if it was going to be a little bit longer or if I was next all I seen within that 2 hours was other customers coming and going while I sat there for 2 hours it only takes 15 minutes for a car inspection very disappointed will never come back here again. And on top of all that nobody's wearing masks

This is one of those downhome mom and pop shops that will take care of your vehicle. The best thing I can say about these people is that they are honest. They may not tell you what you want to hear but they won't lie to you. Every repair that I've had done at this shop I have not had to take back. And I have spent a good deal of money at this place. For the service I have received I will continue to spend my money at this place!

I recently got an inspection at another local car place and it passed but then to find I needed new tires(even when I asked at the inspection) and I had a tail light out! My son was in NC touring with his college band over the weekend when the transmission on the 2002 Suburban they were driving went out. Our insurance company had it towed to BCS. I spoke with the owner before business hours on Monday morning and told him our dilemma. He said he would have Sammy look at it as soon as he got in. I talked to Sammy within a couple of hours and was informed it needed a new transmission. BCS got a remanufactured tranny and had it installed the same day with a nationwide 18 month warranty all for less than $2500.
There was a coupon online and they let me use it for $150 off the total even though I had to pay over the phone. BCS took care of a broken down college kid and did it in a fair and equitable manner. Thank you Richard and Sammy for running a business the way it should be.
