My Son slid off of an on ramp and down a very steep embankment off of highway 421. Pete came out and it was not going to be an easy job to do. A WS Police Officer had to arrive to stop traffic. Pete was very patient since we had to wait for the Officer to get to the scene. My son Joshua and myself appreciated Pete's positive attitude and the excellent job he did getting the truck back on the road.

I definitely would recommend Piedmont Towing to all of my friends including my mechanic the gentleman named Pete who assisted me was very professional and thorough he called me to verify directions and to let me know when he would be there and he was there exactly when he said that he looked under the hood my car started quickly. Letting me know the number in case I needed further assistance on my way home I definitely would keep this gentleman I would even encourage you to give him a raise he was exceptional

James from Piedmont towing was fantastic. We struck a deer on I-40 at 9pm and he was there within 10 minutes of the insurance company's dispatch. He waited 30 mins with us while we waited for our ride to show up so my family and I could wait safely in our car. Once our ride showed up he waited while we transferred car seats and belongings to our ride home.

He even sent pictures and text updates to let us know where he was taking our vehicle and when. It was a dangerous and scary situation but James did everything possible to keep our family safe while we were stranded on the side of the highway, in the dark, with young children. Very grateful for James and Piedmont towing. Highly recommend!

These guys were amazing my fuel pump went out up in the mountains of North Carolina after a nine hour trip from home and they came and got me within 45 minutes of me calling for my tow service and even let me ride with him so I didn't have to try and find the non existent Lyft nor Uber driver that works out of Winston-Salem N.C.
