I am so glad I chose Poplar Auto Refinishing for the work I needed. The quality of the work is second to none. The staff were excellent, and the service was timely. They even took the extra step of touching up some rock chips I had been putting off, and surprised me with a wash and detail. Despite the travel time from where I live, this will be the first shop I call when I need work done.

Fast, courteous, reliable, AND accommodating. I highly recommend them to everyone. Fixed my car to pristine condition in less than a week. I brought my car in on Monday and it was ready by Friday. I had a prior commitment on Friday so they opened for a few hours on Saturday so I could get my car for the weekend. Best service ever. Everyone was friendly and pleasant and very helpful.

I can't say enough good things about poplar auto they are so amazing I'd recommend them to anyone! I was involved in a car-deer accident about a few weeks ago. Poplar Auto staff was so incredibly, professional and patient. Communication was amazing even though I had a wait an extra week it was worth it my car looked like nothing even happened by the time they were done with it. I can't thank you guys enough you guys are so wonderful!

I can't say enough good things about this place! They have the best customer service that I've ever seen from any establishment. Not only that the work that was done on my daughters car was nothing less then perfect. You would never even guess that she hit a deer at 55 mph. Keep up the great work guys!

I hit a deer with my car about a week ago. Instantly I started asking friends and family for recommendations and I got recommended to try this place. I have heard great things over the years but with it being in Poplar WI and me living in Duluth it was kind of far to go. Anyway I decided I would take the drive and go check it out. Instantly when I walked in the door I was greeted and was told they would get me someone right away.

The owner of the business (Josh) came out and assessed the car himself. He wrote up everything that was broken and even made my passenger door so it would open again before I left. (I was just in for an estimate at this point!) At that point he asked me what I was going to do for a vehicle if I give him my business since I live in Duluth and I said I wasn't sure.

He said "don't worry about it you can borrow one of mine at no additional charge!" Outstanding! At this point I told him I would give him my business. I arrived the day to get my car fixed and sure enough he had a Chevy waiting for me to use. (I refuse to drive Toyota's) I left and came back 3 days later astonished at how my car looked. Not only did they do an incredible job with the body of the car but they also scrubbed down my rims and detailed the car inside and out.

It made my car look like it was brand new off the lot! I cannot thank Josh and his staff enough for what he did for me and my family car. Thank you Josh and Poplar Auto Body. I will always recommend you to all my friends and family. Service was outstanding.

The team did a fantastic job on repairing my truck. Highly recommended. They are very busy but absolutely worth the wait. The quality of work done surpassed my expectations by far. The office staff kept me up to date and is always professional!
