Just bought a new beauty from Kearns! The service was spectacular! From the minute I stepped foot on their lot to check out my car, to when I drove off in my new car was an excellent experience. I personally had the privilege to work with Tommy. He was very knowledgeable and professional! If you are looking to get a new ride and looking for the right person to help, Kearns and Tommy are the perfect place and person! I couldn't be any happier with my new car!

I have bought cars from many different places and people but have never had such a terrible and disappointing experience as I did at Kearns. I purchased a vehicle from out of state with the expectation I would be told all the imperfections and issues with the vehicle. When I received the vehicle I was extremely disappointed and still am today. The first thing I noticed was a leak in the headlight allowing water to get inside looking absolutely terrible.

I then noticed the paint on the front bumper was horrific and had major imperfections.(All pictured) I then notice extremely bad rust on my brake rotors, pads, and calipers. I would never expect this on a nice high end car like the one I bought. I would highly recommend you do not buy a car from this dealership. They are dishonest and don't care to take care of their customers. They refuse to make this situation better or pay for any penny of the problems on the car. Do not buy a vehicle from this dealership.

I just bought a Lexus today with Amos and my experience was amazing! He responded very quickly to my inquiry on the car, and we set up a time to look at it that day. When I submitted my inquiry to see if the car was still available, I was notified that it could take between one to three days to hear back. I was very surprised to get a response within a few hours, let alone set up an appointment to look at the car in the same day.

Everyone was super friendly. Any questions I had about the car were looked into right away to give me accurate information. Overall I had a great experience with Amos and everyone else I worked with. I never felt pressured, didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of or anything like that. I'm very satisfied with my new car and will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family!

Big props to Phil Aiello. I'm a manager in the automotive industry and it was very refreshing to buy from Kearns. My wife and I have been on the search for a C43, C450, or a CLA45 AMG for awhile now. We kind of stopped looking due to the car shortage but I happened to drive through the lot on a Sunday night and they had a 2016 C450 AMG that had a good price on it.

Everyone we encountered at Kearns was phenomenal! Phil my sales guy and Patrick are top notch. I'm a car guy so their inventory was fun to browse through. I felt like I was buying a Lamborghini they treated me so well. The finance part was a breeze and they even delivered the car to our house because our schedules didn't match up well to pick up the car. Seriously as someone who's in the same business as these guys they do a great job from beginning to end. Thanks again Kearns!

Just picked up a beautiful F90 M5 from Kearns in Johnson Creek. The experience throughout was flawless. Gaston, the sales person I worked with, was knowledgeable, patient and overall a great resource. They gave me exactly what I asked for on my trade and had me in and out quickly. Highly recommend!

Danny was amazing! He not only took additional, detailed pictures of two different cars I was interested in, but he also took videos and was very attentive to any concerns I had. I purchase my car out of state, site unseen so all my faith went into Danny. The shipping process was easy and I received my vehicle in a few days. Working with Patrick in financing was wonderful as well.

He went over my options with me and signing the paperwork was online and easy. If you want an easy, seamless, enjoyable buying experience then go to Kearns. I am a car enthusiast and they have one of the best car selections around with reasonable prices.

I would really like to take the opportunity here to thank Kearns in Johnson Creek, WI, and even more so to Danny Williams. I happened to find myself in the market for a new vehicle, sooner than I expected. I have always heard good things about Kearns so I kind of had my mind set on hopefully doing business with Kearns since I live in the area. After applying for a credit inquiry online, I was contacted promptly by Danny Williams and we made an appointment for me to come into the dealership and talk about what I was looking for.

After meeting with Danny, we talked about what I was looking for (which I wasn't 100% even sure?) I was interested in a truck or SUV. After looking at a few options Danny showed me a 2019 Jeep Cherokee. The Jeep had everything I was looking for in a new car and MORE! After the test drive I was in love! The offer was tabled for the night as I wanted to think it over a bit and really make sure I was ready to buy a car.

The next day I was ready to buy! Danny was off that day but we were still in contact and he very kindly offered to come in and meet with me at the dealership on his day off. Danny offered to take me on another test drive and show me some more features of the Jeep. That I really appreciated! I bought the Jeep that day and took it home! I am VERY happy with the Jeep, the experience at Kearns and VERY happy with my experience with Danny!

This was also my first time buying a new vehicle on my own. I felt very comfortable, and welcomed by Kearns and by Danny. Danny really made my experience painless, and enjoyable. Hands down, amazing experience with Kearns! Thank you!

I'm from Georgia and looked across the nation for a specific Porsche Macan. After discouraging results from many other dealerships, I found a great deal and dealership in Kearns Motor Car Co. Tommy Schafer is excellent in Sales, Gunner and Patrick in finance and Kiefer as a manger are all excellent. After the sale, they made sure that my second non working fob was replaced, amazing customer service! WISCONSIN BUY YOUR CARS HERE. Best dealership experience ever.

I was very impressed with Steve and Gaston and the amazing financial Guy Gunner. Coming in as a first time buyer was the best experience. They didn't care how many vehicles I wanted to try, they let me try as many as they would like until I found the right one. Gaston was the best sales person to help me thru every step of the way. This is the only place I will go for now on. I am loving my vehicle.

Very happy with my 2019 Audi S4 purchase and time spent and Kearns. Danny was my salesman and he was a huge help. I will definitely be coming back to purchase another when that time comes in the next 5 or so years. They have unique quality exotics and European cars that you can't find anywhere else in the area. Love this places taste!

What an amazing experience. I called Amos knowing what I wanted, a luxury SUV with a 3rd row. We also saw 3 or 4 models online that we specifically wanted to see. When we showed up they had the 3 vehicles lined up with keys ready. After looking at about 6 different vehicles and models we chose the Audi Q7. We buy a new vehicle every 3 to 4 years and this was the easiest fastest purchase we have ever made. Amos and his staff were all amazing and accommodating.

They were even super polite and nice to our two children. I have never been too a dealer that I felt like they didn't just want to sell a vehicle but also wanted to make sure they take care of you. I don't think we will ever go to any other dealership again. Thank you again!

This business is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau - stay far away! We were told that the car we purchased had a clean car fax directly by our salesman during the test drive. Four days into driving the car we started to experience issues with the car. Once we started to have a bad feeling about the car we called our salesman and asked for an actual copy of the car fax.

Come to find out, it wasn't a clean car fax report. The car had previously been in an accident and one of the issues that was previously "fixed" on the car was the issue we were having four days into owning it. We called Kearns and asked to make this right by letting us return the car and buy back our old car from them. They weren't taking any responsibility for what happened and made an offer that made zero sense financially. We are a local family and will be sure to let all of our friends and family know in the surrounding communities about our experience with Kearns.

Mixed reviews. Bought a fairly decent used Taurus here once. Also bought a Focus for my kid here, turned out the engine mounts were broke and it needed work that exceeded its value about 6 months later.

Just wanted to share an amazing experience while traveling last Saturday to our daughters soccer tournament. While en route to Racine, our car started experiencing a rattling wheel which ended up being us losing three lug nuts and two wheel studs. We pulled over to an auto repair shop who had a tech on staff, but said couldn't help me because it was a liability as they weren't officially open.

I asked for another repair shop that maybe could help, got another number but this repair shop "wasn't really open." After asking for another option, they recommended Kearns. I got on the phone with Dale at Kearns who said they only had one tech on and were closing in 20 minutes and working on a car already. Asking if there was any chance they could help, he offered to take a look.

While at Kearns, Dale started calling all sorts of locations to try and get the right parts to get us back on the road as we would have been stranded. After a few hours past their close time, Dale and this tech got us back on the road and the experience here is one I will never forget. They went way out of their way to take care of a few out-of-towners who were desperate. They even drove to another city twice to get the wheel studs. Thank you to Dale Zuelsdorf and the Kearns team! We just purchased a 2017 Kia Sportage from Kearns for my wife. The entire experience was wonderful from start to finish. We initially showed up, unannounced, to check out a Sportage they had on the lot. We worked with Jeff and were able to take it for a test drive. They even let us take it home for the night, which is almost unheard of anymore. That particular vehicle ended up being out of our price range but the team at Kearns went to work and found us the exact vehicle we wanted for a price that we were happy with.

We worked with a few different people throughout the process but everyone was extremely nice and easy going. I want to give a huge shout out to Jeff, Kiefer, Danny and Gunner for all your assistance and making the car buying process painless. Thank you so much!

The process of purchasing our car took longer than expected- 3 days! Gordy was nice, but he didn't perform quality customer service and he made promises that he couldn't keep. Gordy told us that we wouldn't have to make the 40 minute drive if someone else was interested in the same car. Sure enough, we found out that the vehicle was actually in the process of being purchased when we arrived.

We got to see a similar vehicle that was still available so that went well and we were very interested. After some processing, we were told that they needed more documents from us so we'd have to go home to get those sent over. He told us that he had off the next day, but will "make it work for us". We actually sent the papers over to him that same night so we were hoping he'd forward it to the finance person to get everything taken care of while he was out.

We waited the next day, no update. No big deal because we knew he had off, but then we tried contacting him the day after, and still nothing. We did our due diligence and reached out to the finance department ourselves. We sent Patrick (incredible finance guy) our paperwork and VOILA, we were all good to go- thank you, Patrick! We went in the 3rd day to pick up our car and while we waited for the license plates, I noticed the car was still dirty because I found bird poop on the hood.

I asked Gordy if they were going to give it a car wash, but all he said was "No, it's too cold" First of all, it was not even cold and second, he had 2 days to give it a wash if anything! When we drove off, not only was it dirty, he didn't even fill the gas tank, knowing we had to drive 40 mins back home. I don't expect to be treated like royalty, but we did majority of the work while he earned commissions off us! Come on now! I'll never come back again.

Went in to buy a used avalanche at the dealership. After test driving truck drove fine until you put in 4wheel drive and it wasn't working properly and needed to be fixed asked for money off so I could have it fixed and he told me no he had another couple coming in that would buy it the next day. When I said well I hope you disclose of fix the problem he chuckled. The place is a joke stay clear!

Over the years I have purchased 7 vehicles from Kearns; 4 for me and 3 for my kids. Never an issue-prices were good and service after the sale done on time and within quoted price. Last vehicle purchased was 2010 Chrysler T/C-but not a kid buggy, it is my 'covered pick up truck'. Going on my 2nd year and no issues at all. Prior was 2013 Camry XLE and again, no issues 4 years down the line.

Just stay away. Before the weather got cold, my wife and I both experienced slow leaks in one of our tires. My wife went in on one of their $10 oil change deals and also asked to have the tire repaired from the leak. They changed the oil and told her there was no leak and merely added air to her tire. Shortly after this, I went there to get my tire's leak fixed.

They came back to me in the waiting room and said they couldn't find any leak, but my oil pan had oil on it and THAT may be leaking. I told them that I wasn't there to waste my time, or theirs, on a false claim about a leaky tire. The tire lost 4 pounds every night, which pretty much told me it was either in the rim or the stem. I actually had to demand that they take the tire off the rim to inspect it. Did they?

I really don't know because the tire still leaked after they sent me on my way, leaving my money behind. I called three days later and left a message for them to call me (since their calls go to voice mail), and have yet to hear from them. So now, my wife's tire is leaking 7 pounds every night and mine at 4. Since this place couldn't find the leak, and charged us already - twice, I went to a little hole-in-the-wall place in town where the guy had my tire off and within 30 SECONDS found the leak in the rim while I stood there! Now, both my wife and I can drive safely, with confidence, in the repair work done - by someone else! Don't let that big fancy building fool you.

They lost the business I was eager to provide. Why would you trust them with more difficult issues when they can't repair the simplest one? I forgot to add, the source of the leak in my wife's tire (that couldn't be found by the mechanic) was a nail. Just stay away.

On 9/16/17 I purchased a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder from Kearns Motor Car, Jeff Griffin was my salesman. While test driving the car, I was notified that the driver side rear tire was low on air. Jeff offered to have the service department look at it. When we returned I popped the hood and noticed the battery cables were all corroded, Jeff apologize and offered to have them looked at.

I went to lunch while Kearns made the repairs. Upon returning Jeff told me the tire was low from sitting and the battery cables cleaned up nice. Understandable. Jeff sold me an extended warranty for $2,500 for 4 years or 150k miles. While signing paperwork I noticed the warranty was 4 years or 100k miles. I questioned the contract and was told that a mistake was made, Jeff apologized.

On 9/17 I went to run errands and noticed the driver side rear tire was low again, I stopped and filled it. While running errands the key fobs quit working, tried changing the batteries and they would occasionally work. Monday 9/18 while on my work I had to stop and fill the tire with air again, and the car was making a growling noise. Thinking this was a bad wheel bearing I called Jeff, he apologized and asked me to bring the car in and they would make it right.

I was inspecting the driver side rear tire and noticed a nail in the sidewall of the tire. After sitting at Kearns service department for 2 hours Jeff got me a rental and sent me on my way. Friday 10/22 Kearns called and said my car was ready to be picked up. My husband and I went 9/23 to pick it up and was told that the noise was coming from the transfer case so they replaced it.

We spoke to Brian in service and asked about the key fobs. Brian set up an appointment for a Kearns representative to come to my work on 10/2, pick up my car and take it to Kearns to have their key guy fix the fobs. On Wednesday 10/4 Brian called and said the car was done, their representative was bringing it back to my work. Brian also said that while the car was at the Nissan dealership he had a warranty taken care of. Awesome, right?

I was putting my stuff in my car when I noticed a scratch on it. I immediately stopped the Kearns representative, while looking at the scratch he even stated, "This was not there on Monday when I got the car." We noticed scratches, dings, and dents along both the driver and passenger side of the car. The passenger side bumper was also broken. The Kearns rep. took pictures and said he would have Brian call me as soon as he returned to Kearns.

Two hours later I called Brian. Brian was not aware of the situation and seemed shocked. He asked to transfer me to Jeff. Time answered the transfer and was very short with me. He refused to offer to help until he saw the car. I told him I would be there at 5:00 and he told me to not come because he didn't have time for me. My husband called and set up for us to take the car to Kearns on Thursday 10/5.

When we arrived on Thursday a salesman got Tim for us. Tim was very short and rude and our conversation turned into a he said she said argument. I explained to Tim that I was told the car was staying at Kearns to get the key fobs done and they choose to send the car out for work, the damage happened while in their possession. Tim finally offered to have his body guy fix the damage the best he can on Wednesday 10/11.

I dropped the car off on Tuesday 10/10, Brian called Wednesday and said it was done and I could come get it. I got there Wednesday 10/11 and noticed that not a single scratch was taken care of and the bumper was still broke. This was my first time purchasing a car from a dealership, I thought I would have better luck than Craigslist.

DO NOT BUY HERE! #Dishonest #Lies I purchased a 2016 Dodge Challenger Hellcat from here and was informed the car included a 3 year warranty. When I talked with Kearns about this car they told me it was the owners personal car and that he was selling it with only 2,500 miles. I felt the car was in good condition based on everything we discussed over the phone so I decided to purchase the car, a few weeks after I picked it up I took it to my local dealership for a software update - It was after I picked up the car that my dealership called to inform me the warranty was not valid and were I to bring it back or to any other dealership in the future it would not be serviceable under warranty.

After several weeks of discussions on the phone with Dodge and Kearns it turns out this was not the owners car but was actually bought at an auction. In addition, the car was originally purchased and registered in Canada and at some point the car was transferred to the US improperly. This is why the basic warranty shows up, however what you don't see is where the warranty is actually valid - dealerships don't see this until they try and file a claim against the warranty.hence, servicing the car. LIES.

Long story short - my car warranty is void in the US.where I live obviously. After talking with the owner of Kearns Motor Car (Steve), he fully admitted it was a mistake on their behalf as they went off of what their local Dodge dealership told them over the phone. He was not willing to honor the original warranty stated when I bought the 60k car, (it would of cost around 2k for a third party warranty according to him) and as soon as I mentioned bringing this up to the BBB he was in no way cooperative and hung up.

I don't know if they were trying to pull a fast one or not but they would not let me return the car for what I originally paid nor would they honor the warranty, had I known the car's warranty was not valid I would have never purchased it! This should be an eye opener for anyone looking to purchase vehicles from here, move on to find another reputable dealership and review their feedback from several sources (Google, Yelp, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) to try and get a consistent perspective.

This place does nothing but magic tricks. They promise you one thing and can never deliver. Their great deals to get you there really don't exist and once you get there they do their best to sell you something else. Don't go to Kearns unless you want to feel forced to buy a vehicle you don't want.

I am not happy with the car they sold me or the way they handled my situation. I bought it less than a year ago and already had to put thousands of dollars of work into the car. I took it there and was told that they couldn't do anything for me. I tried to trade it in and they wouldn't even give me what I owe on my loan. I received a phone call from them today about my review on Google. They were extremely rude to me and personally felt like they were calling to harass me (not to make things right). I suggest not going to Kearns.

The salespeople at the business were polite, and the process was painless. BUT! One month after owning my used vehicle the engine was totaled. Estimated repair costs were almost as expensive as the vehicle! I understand the vehicle was sold as-is, but I would expect more from a respectable business. I most certainly would not recommend Kearn's Motor Car Company to another person. Words of advice: Warranties are negotiable, and buy certified.

This place is def a scam. One year ago i bought a car for 4200 dollars only for it to break down three times. It just broke down again and it's dead and i still owe money. All they do is make sure the car runs and sell it. My new car i just traded the pos for dealer looked up the cars vin and the carfax said it was in two accidents and needed lots of repairs.

I asked for a carfax when i bought it and they said there wasnt one. do not go here. Im getting a toyota corolla and this dealer actually knows what there doing and they have a warranty and a carfax. Kearns has screwed over a lot of ppl i know. There terrible

Was looking for Kearn's number on a search site when I noticed a Yelp and was SHOCKED! Personally, I've purchased three vehicles from Kearns. Every time, before purchasing, I was allowed to test drive the vehicle extensively, look under the hood, kick the tires. The whole nine yards. After spending time finding a ride that rode well for me or my wife, I was also given access to financing through Guardian Credit Union.

The approval process was quick and painless and the staff was nothing but nice all throughout. Guardian did make me pay using a coupon book on my first truck which was a bit annoying but my second car did have online bill pay plus that isn't anything against Kearns. I have yet to meet a single employee at the store that wasn't completely kind and respectful to all my questions. Speaking as a person that doesn't have a huge amount of car knowledge, they can put up with quite alot.

Not to mention seeing their involvement in their local community for schools, sports, etc. is a bit refreshing. Again, I've personally had nothing but great repair work and purchases from them. I bought my cars and truck for extremely reasonable prices in line with what I was seeing at Carmax. All in all a great gem of a place to get a car. Just my two cents.

This place is a scam, free life time engine warranty ha you are paying for it in the price and anything of the free bs that u get when u buy it's not free, advertise 3000 dollar or more off no sale just a high window sticker $17697 for 2003 so it was $13697 no sale. kbb is $13000 and the other dealers in madison or by are $11000 for the same truck and no check engine light on and tires are good. The sales guy did not know anything and was making stuff up on the spot. Lowest price and price match with other dealers my a**, if you want to get riped off go here!
