Tri City Auto Glass Specialist

Really can't recommend this company. When I initially contacted them, they picked up and scheduled a time to do glass repair on my car windshield. They said that the work was warrantied and the crack shouldn't spread. Fast forward a few weeks and the crack is spreading now. I've been calling them daily and left a message. Whenever I call, my call goes to voicemail and they haven't returned my message (they were prompt to call me back for initial repair). I find it interesting that now I'm having an issue with their service, I can't reach them. Just can't recommend this company.

I had an appointment scheduled for yesterday to repair my windshield. No one ever showed up or called, and I called multiple times during the day but never heard back.

Worked seamlessly with my Geico insurance. Reggie came to my car parked on the street in NW and an hour later I had a new windshield. Great people and great service.

Replaced a cracked windshield on my Audi. Service was prompt and he was thorough in replacing a specialty windshield, which is no doubt more complex than the standard replacement. Was certainly charged far less than what the Audi dealer would have charged. Super responsive and on top of that, a nice guy. I hope I never need to do this again but if I do, I am going to Reggie.

I made the mistake of choosing another company before this one (I thought YELP reviews weren't reliable so I ignored the negative reviews on the company I chose first (because it was closer to my house) and figured the amazing reviews for Tri-City didn't mean anything. Boy was I wrong. The other company was awful (I reviewed them separately so won't mention the name here), but look no further because Tri-City Autoglass was wonderful. Reliable, quick, and reasonably priced. They got the job done without a lot of hassle, were very kind and accommodating, and I'm sorry I didn't use them in the first place!

Amazing and prompt service. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to get their windshield repaired in the DC area.

Rear passenger's window was smashed. Called them around 700AM and it was replaced by 1030AM, same day. Great service. Would highly recommend and will use again if ever needed.

Reggie was prompt, thorough, and extremely accommodating. He arrived at my residence and replaced the window within just a few hours of my call, and even vacuumed the car and cleaned the window. Very friendly, too! Would most definitely recommend!

It was nearly 100 degrees in Washington DC the day I moved to the city. It was so hot my windshield cracked. There was no way my Audi Q7 would pass inspection without a new windshield. I looked up highly rated nearby mobile shops and Tri-City Autoglass emerged as the clear market leader. Reggie answered my initial call at 730am and replaced my specialty windshield by noon the same day!

All my interactions with him were pleasant and courteous. In fact, his service was exception. He gave me a really fair price and made it a painless process. If you need an autoglas repair - stop here - don't even consider anyone else!

I needed my windshield replaced on my Camry so I looked up the top places in my area on yelp. Out of the top three places, everyone gave me different prices. I ended up going with the average price of all three ($240) which was much cheaper than safelite ($500 with insurance). I called on Tuesday to get a quote and set up an appointment for Thursday. Note: they do not work on the weekends. Reggie gave me a time span between 1pm - 3pm. He called me around 130pm, showed up around 2pm, and was finished by 240pm. He was professional and quick! I would definitely recommend this company!

Fantastic service, as the other reviewers have commented. They came out within about 2 hours (happened to be in the neighborhood) and did a fast and great job on a small windshield crack. I asked about a second car but was told it wasn't worth it to do a treatment; clearly he wasn't trying to pump up the price. Highly professional. Would use again in an instant.

Reggie is THE BEST. To be honest, I've reviewed a fair amount of companies and businesses on Yelp, and this one is easily #1. He was timely, efficient, kind and courteous. While I hope I wont have any reason in the near future to have my windshield fixed, if I do need to have work done, I wont worry about it, knowing that a company this good is in the area. He came to my place and was completely flexible with my inconvenient parking situation. You can't go wrong with this company. Top notch quality service.

Absolutely phenomenal customer service. I called to set up an appointment to have a shattered vent window replaced after my car had been broken into. I assumed that I would have to come to the location in DC to have the work done, but he said that he would travel to me to do the work - even though my office is outside his normal travel range! He arrived on time, and was extremely patient when a meeting ran long and caused me to be 15 minutes late meeting him.

He came right to where my car was parked in my office parking garage, and the whole thing took 10 minutes at most. The price was very reasonable and was the same as quoted. I would absolutely recommend!

Great business. I had them replace my broken vent window. Good price and easy scheduling. The technician was on time, friendly, and completed the replacement in less than 10 minutes.

Exceptional service. Not much that hasn't been said. I called the company recommended by Koons Toyota and they didn't return my call. I called Tricity and he called me back as soon as they opened. Confirmed he had my window in stock. Was at my house within hours to replace. It was a quick and painless 10 min process. I highly recommend Tri-City.

I'm an infrequent Yelp reviewer, but I had get on to recommend Reggie and Tri City Auto Glass. When I learned Safelite couldn't help for 3 (!) days and would cost $285 plus taxes for a little rear vent window, I searched on Yelp and found Tri City. Reggie could come first thing the next morning, fixed the window in 15 minutes flat, and charged $100+ less than Safelite! Bonus: I supported a local DMV business and had a fun experience chatting with Reggie. Thank you!

If you're looking for a professional company, with a very comparable price, that can come out quickly and still be efficient THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO. My drivers side window was completely gone, Reggie was able to provide me a quote and come out within just a few hours. He gave me a 30 min window and actually arrived in that time! If only Comcast could take some lessons from this LOL. Anyways, he did a excellent job, the window actually goes down better than it did before.

He was very kind and professional. I was able to go back to work while he finished my window and within minutes it was done. I will ALWAYS be a customer. Customer service is everything and this company provided me with EXCELLENT customer service.

Not much to say that others haven't said. Very impressed with this service. Reggie picked up the phone right away, and we were able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Additionally, Reggie vacuumed the shattered glass up as well.

The whole thing took about 20 minutes to a half hour. Payment was easy; he had a credit card reader and gave me a receipt for the work. I've already recommended Reggie and Tri-City to a friend. Oh, and to the person below ranting about not getting a return phone call: I talked to Reggie about Yelp and mentioned your post out of curiosity, and he said this was probably the person who called on a weekend but did not leave a voicemail. Based on my experience with Reggie and seemingly everyone else's experiences, maybe you should do your part and be a decent human being with basic follow through skills before anonymously slamming a hardworking businessman on Yelp. But that's just me.

I'm going to be really technical here. : The "black stuff" on the side of my windshield was coming off and I could see a space between the windshield on the side and I was afraid after 20 years the glue holding my windshield was going to make my windshield come off. As a result, I called Reggie. He came to my office 2 hours after my initial call and checked it out.

The "black stuff" on the side was just cosmetic, nothing for me to worry about. Panic attack for nothing. Didn't charge me a penny. AHHHMAZZINNGGG customer service. I highly recommend them!

So fabulous I had to write a review the same day! Reggie was highly responsive, prompt, and very friendly. He had my car done in under an hour and it's good as new. Add that to the fact, he charged over $100 less than those other guys (*cough* Safelite) and I would have no problem referring him to anyone who requires quick, affordable auto glass repair. Fabulous service! First it was super easy to reach them via email and get a quote. And best of all compared to 2 others I contacted they were the lowest. Then, equally as easy to schedule an appointment and have them come to me the next day to replace my windshield. He was running a bit late but called to let me know ahead of time. The whole thing was done and changed inside an hour. Accepted credit cards and sent me an e-receipt Not thrilled to have to change my windshield in the first place but working with Tri-City was a pleasure. Highly recommend.
