Steve the owner lied to me throughout the entire process. I was told it would be 6-8 weeks. Nope, 4 months with me having to call and check all of the time. Steve could care less about his customers or his reputation. He's incredibly dishonest with everything he says. Steve, stay in Lake Havasu and jet someone who cares take over. I was told by several employees that my vehicle was getting shoved to the back of the line. This was the worst experience I've ever had dealing with any company.

Helped me in a pinch, truck windshield was leaking water like the great flood. Got my truck in the next day and knocked it out. All my electronics were going crazy, now my truck is nice and dry inside. Thanks for everything!

Lafeyette Auto Body and RV repair has been our Western Oregon RV repair facility of choice for 12+ years going back to bumper pull days. They just took us in for an emergency repair on our 5th wheel despite being booked solid. We were in transit and Steve and the gang were aces once again. If you need anything RV repair and are on the I-5 corridor from n to s and east to west I recommend calling these folks first. Two thumbs up and a snap around the world.

I will never take anything of mine there again. I took my trailer in to get fixed because I had a flat tire on one of my camping trips and the tire blew screwing up my skirting. So I took my trailer in for Lafayette auto body shop to work on it. Once I dropped it off I have them keys to the trailer. I told them when I would need the trailer back. This was the first thing that I was upset with.

They were not ready to give back my trailer on time. Once I picked up my trailer and got it home, I entered my trailer to find that someone stole two Tv's, an iPad mini, a TV mount, and a battery for a CPAP machine. When I called them they did not want to take any responsibility in what happened. My wife notice that the trailer had a new dent just in front of the area that got fixed.

I then noticed it as well. I just want to say that the door had no visible signs of being tampered with. Truly disappointed. I know that Steve wants to say that I picked up my trailer early but his employee never did write down that I told him when I needed this trailer done which was two days late. I told him Sept. 2 is when I needed it done. Also We did a walk around and never did we go inside.

I am truly disappointed in how Steve is handling this. Trying to put all the blame on me. I will admit that I did not notice the small dent that was on the skirting until my wife pointed it out. It is weird that Steve has made it where we are unable to respond to his response and has locked us out. I only wanted my deductible that I had to pay for the theft.

I am satisfied with the work that was done on my trailer. I got a call from the owner Steve and we told me that he was going to look into this by talking to his employees. Once he did this Steve called me back and told me that he would pay my deductible back to me. This tells me that he is wanting to take responsibility for his employees. I have changed my rating to a three, I hope one day he will put a fence around so others peoples property stays safe.

I went to Lafeyette Auto Body today to get an estimate on auto body damage from being rear-ended. I also went to Tualatin Auto Body previously (which I know does dealership-quality work) but wanted to also try LAB because I read reviews saying they had reasonable quotes. Well not this time- my Tualatin Auto Body quote was $2500 and they were $4500! Tacked on all kinds of unnecessary services like "COVID 19 disinfectant" and removing, replacing and re-tinting my back window, which had no damage and did not need to be replaced.

I definitely will not be attempting to return to this location for any services on my vehicle. The only reason it is two stars is because the service person did actually do a very thorough job looking at the vehicles damage and under the car, etc (as did Tualatin Auto Body). But wow. :/

We were on the road in our motorhome and the front AC went out. Tried to get it fixed in Great Falls MT but ran out of time. Called Waterdog RV in Oregon because they were closer to our RVpark and even though they are a Dometic dealer we were told by the service guy that he didn't want to get involved. So I reached out to Lafayette Auto Body and talked to Steve. Steve said sure ship the unit to them.

We made an appointment and these guys swapped the AC unit out in a timely manner. Great people to work with and I would not hesitate to recommend Lafayette Auto Body. A big thank you to Steve and his crew.

One day prior to leaving for a 10 road trip, discovered I had a broken kitchen faucet in my Jayco trailer that I was unable to repair myself. Called these guys up a 10am and talked to Bob and although they were booked out for two weeks, they made time for my little emergency. Apparently, they routinely try to help folks out that are in immediate need. I was in and out w/new faucet by 2:30pm. Can't say enough about how awesome these guys were. Highly recommended.

The Grittman family and team at Lafayette auto body have been overall amazing people to work with. Known them for most of my life ( as much as I can remember). Quality work. Motivated crew, fast quality service. Keep up the good work everyone and thank you to Steve for everything he's helped me out with! It's gladly appreciated. Always recommend you to anyone that has an RV that I know. If they listen? I don't know, but the should! Thanks again.

Steve at Lafayette Auto Body was fantastic to work with! He got a very reasonable estimate to us quickly, worked with our insurance adjuster to help speed up the process, and did some searching around to get the parts in as soon as possible! The repair work done was of high quality and my car looks great! I would highly recommend Lafayette Auto Body!
