Call Williams Auto Parts in Portland IndianaRocky the owner answers the phone telling what I need ask me when do I need them I say soon as possible he tells me that I'm still in the bed and he'll call me when they're readyI thought that was pretty rude went and got my parts came back home the rotor I bought had bad spots in it called him called back to Williams isRocky answers the phone again and starts mocking me when I'm talkin to him he's repeating things I'm saying and mocking me I'm on disability and I have problem speaking clearly sometimes I speak slow and this man made me feel horribleAnd talk bad to me and that one star is the only reason there's a one-star there it would not let meGive a review without a star I give this a zero star

Received great help on the phone and even though my item was big, they did their best to package everything as safely and tightly as possible. Shipping was fast. Took my vehicle in for the first time to this car center. Ended up my high pressure fuel pump was bad. Joe called me by 1:00, told me what the problem was, and gave me an estimate. I was searching for a transmission wiring harness for over a month and Williams Auto Parts was one of the only places that had the exact part that I needed. I don't live in the area, so they shipped it out to me quickly. I will definitely use them in the future.

I found the part I needed by looking at an online parts locator website. I called them, and they verified they had it in stock in the same paint code as my car. They pulled it at the end of the day on Thursday, and on Friday morning it was waiting for me when I arrived. Very fair price, fantastic service, and exceeded my expectations in every way! I just wish I didn't live 90 minutes away so I could go more often. Thank you!
