Nick was extremely helpful and the team at Crossroads did an excellent job with my insurance claim on my vehicle. Everything was done right and within a timely manner, on top of that, I wasn't expecting it, but they also cleaned the interior of the vehicle really well even though I was only getting exterior work done. If I have any other collision needs, I would definitely put them at the top of the list.

Great experience from start to finish. They handed all of the insurance / rental paperwork for me. Kept me informed all the way through the process and my truck looked better than new when finished. It's unfortunate when you have an accident and the last thing I needed was more stress. Appreciate all of their hard work!

These group of people are amazing! I hit a Coyote a few weeks ago and used them as a repair shop listed with my insurance, I totaled my front end and damaged the light and wheel well of my Ford Focus. They had me in and out in a Week completely fixed up looking better then new. About a week and a half later I noticed a light was out on my car I called them kind of confused as to why a light was out. They had me come in same day and get that little lightbulb fixed up within 15 minutes. I will go to these guys again and tell everyone I know about them.

Jeff, Tim and the crew at Crossroads have replaced 2 windshields on our work vans over the last few years. They are very efficient in the work they do and we always get the vans back cleaner than when we drop them off. Awesome to work with when it comes to insurance they take care of all the paperwork so we do not have to.
