Broke down at 1:05am fan housing on my 18wheeler froze up and destroyed everything it connected too! Made it to them at 8am by 930am or so they had it all torn apart and had the parts ordered these guys are awesome had me up and rollin as fast as they could! Friendly as can be I had to stay for 2 nights because of were my part was coming from had no issues taking me or picking me up from the hotel across 24 and needless to say my truck is running smooth now no more broken belts even my AC is working fine thanks to them! Thank you guys will definitely use them again if anything happens while I'm down in that area

Chris towed my car about 30min away. Chris was really nice, and provided amazing service. I've never had to have my car towed so I was nervous but he made the process really quick and smooth. 100/10 would recommend this company, they definitely value employing friendly and efficient employees. This wrecker service was like an angel to me and my husband stuck out on 64 in deckard we had to come to Chattanooga Tennessee our driver was so courteous and Christine office manager was so helpful in getting what I needed for our insurance I would recommend this wrecker service to anyone

I would give negative stars if I could waited 9 hours for tow truck threw AAA CONTACTING my attorney Tuesday for vet Bill's I inquired due to their negligence

Got stuck in the median and was charged $275 JUST TO PULL ME OUT. I wasn't towed. I drove away. He claimed that was the 'state rate' since a trooper called instead of me. I called the THP and they said that $275 is the maximum that can be charged but I should have received the maximum amount of service. And he insisted on CASH. Something is definitely afoot with this place.
