Professional service. Honest people. High-quality work. The guys at Haley Transmission have many years of experience, and they treat their customers right. Took my '97 F250 (5-speed manual) in because I was having clutch and shifting issues. Since I had over 100,000 miles on the existing clutch, I figured it was probably time for a new one. After some diagnosing, turns out that yes, it was time for a new clutch. Had to wait a few days for OEM parts to come in, but once they did, the guys at Haley had my truck back to shifting like brand new, maybe better.

They even put in a whole new pedal assembly because some of the linkage bushings were worn, but didn't charge me any extra. In fact, I was VERY pleasantly surprised at how the price came out, extremely reasonable. No doubt that I be taking any of my vehicles back to Haley for transmission work.

I was very upset about the possibility of a large $2000.00 bill and the gentleman said I had options. I tried the least expensive and it fixed the problem! I had been told by Bice Automotive Repair ( who I trust) that they were honest people. Turns out they were.

I've had the unfortunate experience of having work done at other transmission shops in town. Unskilled crooks! Not Haley though. Easy to work with. Their rebuilds are sound, trustworthy and durable. I recommend them confidently. By the way, the price is quite fair.

Was told by two different shops I needed a new transmission. Took it to George for a third opinion and he told me that I MAY need a new transmission, but it felt more like an engine misfire to him, and that I should have that checked out first. Turns out he was correct and saved me hundreds if not a couple thousand dollars. He did not have to do that, but it proves they're more concerned with the customer and their potential problem than turning a profit.

My 2004 Volvo decided not to participate in life and I had it taken to Haleys. It was determined that the transmission would need to be replaced or rebuilt and as it was 15 years old I decided to just not go that route. I asked them what I could pay them for their diagnostic services and they said absolutely nothing. Wow! Where do you find customer service like this anymore? Definitely will recommend them to all my friends and family! Thank you for being an honest and reputable company.

Very helpful and honest. Brought car in telling them I thought I needed a new transmission and prepared to pay for it. After checking out car they told me I didn't need a new transmission at all. Since I was willing to pay for a new transmission, some places would have just put one in and taken my money. Thankful they were honest and saved a ton of money.
