Very sorry as a business. Very poor customer service. Went to set up a road call for one of our trucks, for a RED AIR LINE, guy said ok how will you guys be paying? Told him mastercard or EFS as usual but we'd need an invoice emailed to us before we can pay anything. He stated my guy can't do that from the road. So I told him he could text a picture of the invoice and that would suffice, he said his guy couldn't do that either.
That he has to come back to the shop in order to write up an invoice but that his guy can't leave until they get paid. So I suggested they write it up before he leaves for the road call, and just email it over when the tech finishes and guy says nope, I don't have time. Then hung up. How do you do business with anybody, with this kind of attitude? Very poor way to get or keep customers. Won't survive as a business if you can't get passed the first few bumps in the road. Don't worry, we won't bother you guys next time.
