While everyone at Reliable was very courteous and knowledgeable- they missed the boat on "finished" product. They ordered the exact tires I wanted for my car and they arrived in a timely manner. But after spending $1,000 dollars for new tires my hub caps were covered in grease and handprints as well as was a missing the center cover on cap. I will most likely use Reliable in the future but quality control counts!

I gave 3 stars because I was satisfied with the service of what I needed done to my car but when I got in my car I very unsatisfied. My trunk was up, when I dropped my car off, my tire pressure light came on and when I picked my car up someone had rode in my car and the low tire pressure light was still on. Someone rambled through my glove box and my dash console.
My work box cutter was moved. My Bible and note book was in my glove box. My car runs better and the air control panel works. I was just unsatisfied with the way they handled my vehicle.

Yesterday's visit was to enquire about possible service of my vehicle. I was directed to a window to speak with whom I suppose was the service manager. This was my second time having to speak with him regarding an issue. He does not have a great customer service personality. Both encounters with him were negative with him telling me what he couldn't do as opposed to trying to find a solution to my problem.
There are too many places that offer the same services that have nice people who appreciate your business and value you as a longstanding customer for me to continue to patronize this business.

These guys are a life saver. I had a my rear transmission shaft seal replaced and it was very affordable compared to other shops i called. They we're professional and polite and explained everything to me. I appreciate everything and I will definitely come back for any other issue's my vehicle has. I highly recommend Reliable Auto Services.
