I had a tree branch shatter my front windshield May 30th and went to Moose Auto Glass to have my windshield replaced. Jennifer and the Moose Auto Glass team are AMAZING. Kudos for all the hard work they do and they always keep you updated whenever anything happens and make you feel like you are their top priority. I will definitely recommend using Moose Auto Glass to any of my family members, friends, and co-workers.

They're a great company and I'm glad to have used them to replace my windshield. Jennifer if you're seeing this. You're awesome, and thanks so much for everything you've done for me in the process of replacing my windshield.

Had windshield installed on my ram 5000 today at moose auto glass, Jennifer at front desk was amazing, super happy to be there excellent customer service greeted by name and was generally please to serve her customers. Outstanding employee due to her kindness and being so welcoming I will contained to use this company for all my glass needs. This was my 1st time using after 1 call to order windshield she knew my name. We need more people like her and more bussiness like moose auto glass. 5 stars isn't enough they deserve 10.

It's hard to believe how efficient and effective each person is. I had the opportunity to observe for half a day while my windshield was being replaced. There is a steady flow of customers and phone calls. When I came in they made me feel like I was their only concern. After watching for several hours, I saw that they made each person feel special. Good job.

Good people. Had a seat stuck fully reclined. Took the time to help me get it upright manually so my kid will be able to get into his car seat while we wait for the part to do the repair. Got a chip in my windshield. Stopped in immediately to have repaired. In sales so I travel for a living and have had many chips repaired. This was the first time I've used Moose to repair one. I noticed when I walked out it didn't look like the other repairs I'd had done at other places. I should've walked back in at that time and made them do it right.

The windshield cracked 2 weeks later. I had some discussion with them regarding my disappointment with the product and service. They were very understanding and professional regarding my situation and concerns. I felt like Moose Auto Glass went above and beyond in their efforts to address my issues. I have used Moose Auto Glass to make repairs on my vehicles since the mid 80's. It's obvious that with each generation their commitment to service has not wavered.

I have a 2000 Suburban pushing 400,000 miles that Moose has cared for since it was new. Replaced windshield. glass chips.window regulators on at least three doors.reupholstered front buckets. Have trusted Eddie since we were both young bucks and they were on Erwin!

I've seen the reviews claiming top notch customer service, and that may be true, as far as the work itself. I first emailed on 6/24. I realize everyone's overwhelmed, so remained patient for a return call. On 6/29, I called and spoke to Jennifer. She apologized and said that Brandon processes the estimate and she would have him call me back.

Still no return call. I called back on 7/2.again, Jennifer apologized."promised" that because they would be closed Monday, if Brandon didn't call me on Tuesday, 7/6, that she would personally call me back. This is now Thursday, 7/7 and I haven't heard a peep. The work may be worth you waiting for, but don't hold your breathe for assistance.

Fantastic service. Super friendly folks who obviously love helping folks. When dealerships told me it would take days to schedule me to fix a broken sunroof (not to mention way more money)- Moose Auto Glass was able to get me in the next day and took care of me quickly and at a much more reasonable rate. Thank you Moose Auto Glass! You just earned any of my glass business. (And any of my friends and family if they'll listen to my advice.)

Recently moved to Texas & needed to get our tint to state specs. We walked in on a recommendation from a local mechanic. We also needed a new windshield, after a rock decided to take revenge on me and crack the glass We got a quote and dropped the car off today. Left it at noon & it was ready for pickup by 4:30. Great work by the employees. Tint looked great. New windshield looked good. Jennifer took very good care of us. She is such a nice person. She made us feel so welcome & gave us some great ideas about what to do in Tyler.

I woke up to a broken back windshield at 6:30am, I called at 7:30 and left a message and at 8:00am I got a call back. moose auto glass was able to get me in the next day. When I arrived they were so friendly and gave a ride home and picked me up when it was ready. They finished my car in 2 hours. The drivers were friendly and professional. The quality was great as well. I would definitely recommend them! I am so happy with their work.

Brought my daughters car in to have the back glass retinted. They did an awesome job. It was done on time. Staff is very friendly. Highly recommend.

Our car was broken in to and we needed the rear passenger window and a panel adjacent to the window replaced. Jennifer with Moose was incredible! She ordered the parts and had them in the next morning, contacted my insurance company and came in before office hours so we could drop off our car. The repairs were completed very promptly and they picked up my wife from her office and brought her back to their location to pick up the car before lunch. It was so easy to do business with them and they did great work. I will never go anywhere else!

Brandon and Jennifer were great! They were both professional, friendly and the turnaround time was quicker than I expected. I bought an older truck and knew they probably didn't have my windshield in stock. Brandon got the windshield in the next morning and they had it installed before lunch. They didn't try to sell me anything unnecessary. They just gave me my options, which I greatly appreciate! I would recommend Moose Auto!

Very friendly and fast service but sloppy work. I had a drivers side window replaced. When I picked up the car the mini-speaker was not attached and closing the door sounded like maracas. Took the door apart and found almost a pound of broken glass and four broken plastic parts. If your car matters to you just fix it yourself or have your neighbor's daughter fix it. You will get better results.

Chipped windshield. I walked in three minutes after closing time, they had no problem with that, had it repaired and I was on my way in less than 25 minutes.

They did a great job with my windshield, but. * I was told I would have a loaner car and that didn't happen. * Greasy shoe prints all over both front door jams, greasy handprints on the inside of my front doors, and greasy hand/foot prints on both front leather seats. * I was told not to take the tape off until the next day, but the rain took it off in about 5 minutes.

It was raining buckets when I was there and when I left. If I need them again, I will have a talk with whoever is in charge first. Don't assume they will do the right thing with out telling them your expectations first.

Very professional. Checked me in without appointment and had me in and out with a new windshield on my truck in a little over an hour. I'm usually skeptical of auto repair shops but these guys are great.

Ditto. I bought my truck in Oklahoma and it came with 15% window tinting. Looked good but unfortunately when I got it inspected, I found out the Texas limit is 25%. So it had to come off. But Moose did a great, quick and reasonably priced job in retinting my windows to Texas specifications. I'd definitely recommend this place!

Brandon was awesome! Saved me some $$, great service, patient, knowledgable and overall great experience. Made me forget why I was upset about my busted window!
