I am so pleased with the service I had done to my car. I have a 2013 Hyundai Elantra with 256xxx miles on it. I had an appointment for Friday and didn't really know the extent of what I needed to get fixed. We were informed in the morning of what I needed including 2 rotors, 2 tie rods, brake pads, a sway bar, and a serpentine belt. They figured all of that out and had everything done on the same day by 1pm! And the price was fantastic. I am so thankful. Definitely going to them every time I need something done and will recommend them to anyone.

I had my car checked for coolant leak, break noise and hard to fill gas tank. He talked me into ball joint replacement for the front. He was concerned about my safety, I appreciated that being said. He thought that should be fixed first. Parts $125 and Labor $260. WOW and now no money for what was requested. Again, I did appreciate his concern and Mrs Butitta taking me to and pucking me up from work. It was nice talking with her. I was shown and he explained to me whats happening in my gas tank, charcole. Ugh

Jerry has been doing all the work on my cars for 10+ years. My appointments are always on time and the work is completed quickly and accurately. He always provides me a written estimate of the work to be performed and he's never done anything that wasn't agreed to up front. When small issues come up, they've always been great about quickly correcting it.
My car has 230,000 miles on it and is running strong. With regular maintenance and Jerry's help, I haven't had a car payment in years and could probably go another 200,000 miles!

After hearing my friends rave about Jerry Butitta's place for years, I finally had a chance to take my truck in for a couple of repairs. Overall, his reputation was entirely deserved. Everybody there was friendly, the truck was fixed within a few hours and, most importantly, Jerry proved his honesty and integrity. One of the problems my truck had was an inoperative heater. Jerry could have easily just replaced the $800 heater core (which is what my dealer has done on at least two other occasions with other vehicles). Instead, he offered to flush out the core first, and see if that would help.
This fixed the problem entirely, and saved me a boatload of money. His default position is to do the RIGHT thing, rather than what will rake in the most cash for the business, and that is why I am now a loyal customer for life.
