We have had our cars serviced at Renberg's for years. Fast, reliable, reasonably priced service. We love this long-time Wheaton business.

Love the staff, friendly, knowledgeable and honest and busy. They are booked a week or more out.

Needed four new tires and reached out to Renberg. They were very quick to respond and quoted a fair price. They were able to take my car the next day and got it back to me quickly. It was raining when I dropped it off and they even offered to give me a ride home. When we went to pick up the car, the charge was a little less than quoted. Will gladly be a repeat customer.

Great customer service, great price, and very trustworthy. I don't take my car anywhere else.

My 21-year old BMW Z3 overheated on a Friday at 5:00pm. I called my usual garage - no one picked up. So I searched the internet for nearby help. The reviews for Renberg's looked promising. So, I called. I wasn't expecting anyone to answer since it was past their closing hours. But Craig picked up! he was able to get me a tow truck to take my car to their garage.

When the the tow truck driver and I arrived, Craig was there waiting for us! I was very relieved and impressed! Early Monday, Craig called with his diagnosis and repair recommendations: wobbly, leaking water pump that caused the fan blade shroud to break. I gave him the go-ahead to replace the water pump, belts and fan blade shroud. My car was ready in less than 24 hours! Plus, their shop is only 1-1/2 blocks from our house! my husband's friend is a race car driver. He said the diagnosis was good and the price fair. We'll be back! Recommended by a friend - Great service - Will definitely go back. Took my car in for an intermittent loud squeak. Most mechanics would have laughed it off and charged me a lot for "diagnostics". Renberg's did a great job of diagnosing and fixing the problem.

What a blessing to have good honest people down the street tending to one of our most expensive possessions. I walk by their business all the time and when I heard a strange noise in my car, I called them for help. Luckily it was nothing serious however I know I my car and I were in good hands. Renberg's Garage is the best auto repair shop in the area. They have very fair prices. They do excellent work. They know all automobiles really well. They are also extremely professional, courteous and timely. In addition, they will help you out when you are in a pinch and just need a quick fix. I recommend them highly. I have had nothing but great experiences with Renberg's for years.

Renberg's Garage is a gem in the community for quality car service. We recently had service on our Volkswagen, and they went above and beyond to share updates on the service and explain what was found, even texting pictures directly to me after their regular hours of operation. I've been going to Renberg's Garage since I was 24 years old. I'm going to be 64 this year. When you find a good thing you stick with it. Rich and his crew have always taken great care of all our family's and even some of our friend's cars. They are priced right, honest, dependable, reliable, trustworthy, and do really good work! I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else.

We service all our cars at Renberg Garage. They are great people and very dependable. I am a business manager at a Dealership but I prefer to use Renberg.

Renberg's Garage has been repairing my car since I bought it in 2000 and has repaired all my cars for the last 18 years. They treat me with respect and talk to me intelligently. As a female car owner this is important to me. They are always fair and upfront with all charges and I trust them to keep my car running so I never have to miss work because my car has broken down.

They explain what needs to be done now and what I can plan for. It is convenient to the train, I can drop my car off and just jump on the train and head downtown come back at the end of the day and my car is done.

I am sooo glad we have Renbergs in town; they are a great alternative to using the dealer. We have been going to them for 20 years. They never push services you don't need. They tell you the percentage your brakes are worn and you decide if, and when, to service them. I really like that. The prices are much more reasonable than the dealer is; I've checked!

They are a pleasure to deal with. I can drop my car the night before, they will call with the estimate before the work is done, I pick up my car and there has never been an additional charge to the estimate. The work is always done well.

When I called because my car was hard to start, I was told to bring it there the next morning. The next morning, after waiting for a while, we were told that the car battery was bad and had to be replaced before they could check other stuff. I was quoted $160 for battery replacement ($110 for a battery of some obscure brand and $50 for labor). When I declined, I was billed $30 for battery check, which they had not disclosed (if they had to charge $30 for something that is customarily free of charge, they should at least disclose it beforehand). Btw I still haven't replaced my car battery and have been driving my car with little problem for many weeks since.

I should have read the previous complaint. They are definitely dishonest and do NOT back work from 4 weeks ago. I will never use this company again. I went back for the same problem today, and they won't back their work. Definitely do not go here!

This place needs to learn how to be straight up with their customers. DO NOT GO HERE! Teenagers do the work and no accountability!
