The best! I keep forgetting to write reviews and I never do, but this place deserves it. I cannot say enough positive things. One thing that stands out the most is the way you're treated. As a woman going to get work done on your car is always stressful because unfortunately we often get taken advantage of because it's assumed we don't know anything about cars.
I have NEVER felt that here. You're treated like family. Rob and Rick are awesome! I wish I knew everyone's name, but anytime Ive encountered someone else who works there.even just walking through the door I get a friendly smile or hello. Their work is amazing and customer service is impeccable! I cannot recommend Mundelein Automotive enough! Honest, great work and fair prices!

Rick and his team are amazing! He got me in at the last minute and was so kind and communication was excellent! He really cares about his customers and their safety! I've been using Mundelein Auto for about two years now. Rob, Rick and the guys are awesome! Needed them again this week for a ruptured fuel line and added an oil change while I was at it. Just as with my daughters car, the repairs were professionally managed, the turn around time great, and the costs thoroughly reasonable. Their customer service is no nonsense friendly.

We brought our car in for a repair. The car was covered under a third party warranty company, and Mundelein Automotive was super helpful! They handled the warranty claim, we didn't have to lift a finger. Very satisfied with the service and the repair. It's nice to see long established businesses still going strong and working hard for their customers!
