I live in Denver and was looking at a car in Orange County. The car was at a dealer and I ordered a pre purchase inspection. The customer service was outstanding and they sent me a full detailed report of everything on the vehicle. They drive to the dealership to perform independent inspections. Turned out that EVERYTHING was wrong with the car. Automedic saved me a ton of money and time. Inwas going to fly to la and drive the car back. It wouldn't even have made it out of LA. Also. Avoid K&T motors in Santa Ana like the plague! Unethical dealerships. Automatic is awesome!

Serpentine belt snapped today and a mechanic came out and fixed it within hours. Friendly, professional, even took the acid buildup (which according to him looked like a chia pet) off the battery for free. Great service, would recommend. It's $135 for the diagnosis, plus the cost of whatever work needs doing. IMO, totally worth for the convenience.

We needed a battery swap and they were able to send someone out to us on a Sunday, outside of normal territory. Ari was the person they sent, he was very helpful and a great communicator. To whoever reads these things. just know you have a great ambasador for your company with this gentleman. He finished his service and also took the time to check all of our tires, inflating a few to the recommended PSI. We will definitely be using them again for other services. Oil changes seem reasonably priced for the higher grade of oil and convenience. Thanks again.

Ari was incredible! This is such a lifesaving service. We were broken down on the side of the road, called his business and he was there within minutes! His prices are fair and he is such an honest amazing person. He even pushed my boyfriend's car with him all the way to the gas station cuz he had also run out of gas. I would 11 out of 10 recommend this business.
