I am very pleased with NWAB. They were recommended as an authorized Tesla repair shop and I am so glad I took the Tesla there. Matt and his team are very professional and realize timing is everything. They worked with me to find a date/time that was good for both of us to complete the service. I was so surprised when I picked up the car and it was cleaned and looked amazing. No other body shop has done that for me! Will definitely return if needed.

I, unfortunately, hit a deer with my Subaru Ascent. The car had a lot of damaged in the front and all the airbags deployed. Matt and his team were very professional and they did an amazing job fixing my car. Matt kept me posted on the status of the job by calling me once a week. The car was fixed and it looked like nothing had happened. I highly recommend this body shop.

The staff did a wonderful job handling my car when it arrived from Carvana with some defects. They handled everything with the company and I didn't have to be the "middle man". They did such an excellent job on the body work, so I went back at a later date to address another more recent issue with the undercarriage. The owner suggested a repair that I could do from home, and I very much appreciate his honesty when he could just as easily take advantage. I would only go here for future body work repairs.

I highly recommend Northern Westchester Autobody to anyone who is looking for a Tesla certified repair shop. They were able to fix my car for a third of the price and twice as fast compared to the estimate that I had received from another tesla repair shop on the same block. Matt and his team are extremely professional and they kept me updated throughout the repair. Despite the reasonable prices, they do not sacrifice anything in terms of quality. Additionally, they made dealing with insurance as easy as possible.

Unbelievable service -I highly recommend! I got two quotes to fix a door on my Tesla model 3- the other place (on the same block) quoted DOUBLE and said it would take 3-4 weeks. Matt and his team did it for half the price and in 10 days. They also tried to help me get a better deal on a rental car. As I said to them- I hope I never have to see you guys again- but I am a customer for life! Can't recommend them enough for superior quality and customer service!

We were rear ended in December and expected our experience would be an arduous one working with insurance and trying to get a rental etc. I also expected the supply chain issues to make things even more complicated than usual. At the start my insurance was making the process difficult and I was unable to get a rental. Then we found Matt and Northern Westchester Auto Body. Matt reached out directly to the insurance of the person who hit us and worked out all the details for us.

Shortly after I was able to get a rental car similar in make/model to my own which made the time while we waited for repairs much easier. Matt called frequently to provide updates and made sure I was aware of every detail throughout repair process. My car (which has less than 8k miles on it) had over 14k of damage and it absolutely looks and drives like new. I appreciate Matt's help and will recommend him to anyone I know who needs body work in the future.

We got into a fender bender with our Tesla as another car backed into us at a parking lot. The Mount Kisco Tesla showroom referred us to Northern Westchester Auto Body. We met Vinny and Matt there and both of them were very pleasant, professional and transparent about the scope of the work and the estimated cost and time, given the logistics of ordering parts and such.

While our car was at the auto body shop, Vinny provided us with regular status updates. Not only did they finish the work before the estimated time, but the best part of this was the fantastic quality of work. The repair was flawless and in addition, they took care of small scratches and blemishes on the body and had even the interior of the car cleaned. We were so pleasantly surprised when we picked up our car - it looked like a shiny new car.

Having my brand-new Jaguar, with only one thousand miles on the odometer, hit from behind and rendered inoperable on the Cross Bronx was an absolute nightmare. And dealing with my insurance company, who was also dealing with the uninsured motorist, was another nightmare. The only positive during this entire experience was choosing Matt and his team to fix my car.

Not only did they do a great job with repairs - it's like new again - but Matt communicated regularly with me as the repair took longer than normal due to supply chain issues. I hope I'm never in a situation like this again, but I will definitely go back to Northern Westchester Auto if I'm so unlucky.

I had many scratches on the back of my car. Now i wanted to trade it in and i was being told that all these scratches would lower my trade in value. So i went to a number of auto repair shops to get estimates as to what this repair would cost. The reason I chose Northern Westchester Auto Body was because they had the nicest, most respectful and knowledgeable people working there. Vinnie did a fabulous job and i am so happy. My fender looks as good as new!

Northern Westchester Auto Body did amazing job in repainting the hood, bumper, roof and passenger door of my car. They worked with me to review options and provided very fair pricing for the amount of work. The quality of work is top notch, the paint looks like it is from the factory, no tape lines showing, shines like new and blends in with the original.

I was overly impressed how Vinny kept me up to date on the progress and sending me pictures. The work was done in a timely manner and they did everything right with putting in new gaskets around the door handles and sunroof along with going above and beyond with touching up a a couple of other items. These guys are the best and they have a new customer for life.
