Someone let their car roll back into the passenger door of my 2016 F-150 damaging the door and running board. I took it to Smith's because they did an amazing job on my Civic a few years earlier. They called me the same day it was dropped off to let me know they wanted to replace the door skin to insure it was fixed perfectly instead of trying to pull the dents and creases out.

They handled dealing with the insurance company to get authorization as well as my rental through enterprise. My truck looks good as new and the cherry on top was the detail job the did on the entire truck from the floor mats to polishing my wheels.

If I could give them more stars I definitely would. My car went straight here after an accident and even though it was right before Christmas and needed parts, it was fixed in a timely manner. Looks perfect and it was super clean inside and out. Definitely recommend!

Our RV was painted quickly, efficiently and to our specifications. They have a person who specializes in color matching and he did a great job - didn't hesitate to retry until the color was just right. We got 2 estimates from other companies and Smith Automotive Paint & Collision was able to do our job for considerably less. In addition to the great price the service was excellent - they answer the phone when you call, call you to give schedule updates and take a personal interest in your satisfaction.

Unfortunately, this is the 2nd time in 5 years I have had to use the services of Smith Automotive. There are 2 less deer in the world, which is good news, I guess. Anyway, these guys (Chris and Mark) are the best! Their repair work is flawless, they went out of their way to work around my schedule, and they are very professional to deal with. They worked seamlessly with the insurance company, and the entire experience was as good as it gets. I hope that my deer hitting days are over, but if it were to happen again, there is no doubt where I would take my vehicle for repairs. Thanks, Guys!
