Giordano's Collision

My wife and I have been long time customers of Giordano's Collision. We're always greeted with a smile, and the owner Lou knows and remembers us by name. We have always received amazing service from Lou and his incredible staff. The work performed by all technicians is impeccable to say the least and we always leave happy! Aside from Giordano's being a well respected and honorable business in Medford, they are also great supporters of our community.

Their generosity year after year with welcoming countless Boy Scout & Girl Scout troops to do car wash fund raisers with use of their parking lot, water, and facilities has had such a profound impact on these inspiring young boys & girls. Thank you can never say enough for the gratitude we all have. Please help support Giordano's Collision and local businesses in our town. Congratulations to Lou and staff for 26 years in our community! Thanks for doing a great job Babying our Baby!

Writing this review solely based off the owner; not the receptionist, mechanics, etc. Lou was so nasty and unprofessional that I'm glad my insurance company decided to tow my car somewhere else. I certainly wouldn't recommend using this business after him telling me "then I don't know what to tell you" and yelling at me over the phone. His attitude was definitely the icing on top of dealing with insurance companies after being hit three states from home and having to total my new car!

Got rear-ended about a month ago, had work done on my car. And I can tell you this. AVOID this place at all costs! When I got my car back, I noticed the front passenger seat had two punchure holes that was never there. This "repair shop" will do whatever they want with your vehicle, then return it marked up!" as if I wouldn't recognize the difference

Better late than never. I brought my Intrepid to Giordanos for collision repairs in 2001 and 2002. Both times, I could see no signs of any damage when the repairs were completed. I was really happy with the results. The employees were great to deal with, the work was done on time and I even got a ride to my job in the boss's pickup. If we did not move to SC, I wouldn't hesitate to bring my car in for any kind of body work.

Trustworthy and do great work! My grandmother has been coming here her whole life and when I moved into the Medford area I switched to them and couldn't be happier. Lou and Sal are the best!

Excellent service from this family owned business. Staff is amazing, courteous and took care of everything for me! Thank you very much for fixing my passenger side door on my Grand Cherokee it's as if nothing ever happened!

Brought my car in after an accident, they did work without my consent, did not fix my car properly, the alignment was still off, did not replace weathering strips, and the car has had a continuous death wobble ever since. The staff tried to get me to pay for a rental that was not covered even though I was able to get a rental fully covered. Brought my car back because I was unhappy with the repairs, after already having to turn in my rental, and they still didnt fix the death wobble/shaking that wasn't there before the accident. If you use this garage DO NOT PAY OR SIGN UNTIL YOU HAVE SEEN/DRIVEN YOUR VEHICLE TO BE SURE THEY ACTUALLY FIXED IT.

Had Just picked up my grandmothers 06 Accord. Horrible job. Fisheyes all over the bumper, include with overspray. Definitely scratched the roof up real good, dinged up the doors. Worse place to get your car repaired. Lack of pride in their work and looks like a disaster waiting to happen. Should've went to Schubert's where they do quality work unlike here

Horrible experience. Fish eyes, overspray, chipped glass when removing. The car was also hit in front while in there possession and they tried to give it back to me this way. Lol. They did the repair after arguing with them! Work was still crap. Lou is nice, but staff is not qualified including his BS silver haired manager and fake receptionist. Make sure you look at your car in good light before leaving! They will wet your car down to make it look good so you can't see small imperfections. Better off with thrifty paint job. PLAIN AND SIMPLE PLACE SUCKS!

Nicest people. And they do amazing work. I've needed them several times, unfortunately, and each time the work done is fantastic. And I am very OCD about things. Lou is probably one of the nicest business men you'll ever deal with.

My mother went here when she got rear ended. This place has a very Poor quality of service. Over charged her the rental. Didn't complete job. Have to return to finish work. Very unsatisfied. Feel free to contact me for further details. Go to a different body shop where they actually care.

I brought my car to be fixed at Giordanos collision. Lou himself, looked over the work that needed to be done and then gave me an estimate. When I asked him if he was certain of his estimate he stated that he was. When I came to pick up the car, with no communication from the shop after dropping the car off, I was told that that I would have to pay an additional $500.

Mind you, the owner never called me about this. When I told him it was not fair and that he should have at least contacted me, he agreed but said there was nothing he could do about it. When I protested having to pay the extra $500, he said fine, and that he would take all the new parts out of the car ( even though he was lready paid a substantial amount by my insurance mop any) and I could drive the car away without them.

Being stuck between a rock and a hard place I had to take the car for which he took off a few dollars. On a good note, the work done to the car was very good, however my rating of one star is based on the above. So if you go to Giordanos, make sure you get your estimate in WRITING. It was a very bad experience.
