Horrible business. they like to rip people off and charge way too much money. Would never recommend coming here ever.

Tow service was good, no complaints. Yet the prices are unfair and Barb definitely hasn't got any action for Atleast 10 Years. She came outside and yelled at me after I had paid and my car was released. She wanted me off her property yet I was literally just standing next to my car holding onto my keys which is not illegal at all. Old man who I believe was the boss came outside as well and yelled at his mechanic for no reason, mechanic told me that they are always like that so I felt bad for the guy.

They definitely have connections in the police departments because the owners son knew the cops well. Have had similar experiences with my cars being towed but never as extensive and annoying as this one. Overall decent business but rude owners and bosses. If anyone uses this business avoid talking to the lady.

Crawfords was great with my car! After getting into an accident, my vehicle was towed to their shop. We went to look at the damage and the owner was great with explaining how the process would work. Unfortunately my car was totaled, but the whole process was easier because of them! Thank you! Such a great local business and they are willing to answer any and all questions!

Police called them to tow my car after accident and they tried to tell me to sign my title over and give them $140 on top of that! All I can say is I would not want to be them on judgement day cause they goin answer for their wrongs Service: Car towing

Unethical business with shady, slimy, and questionably legal business practices. The owners wife Barb is extremely nasty and rude, and has an attitude like she hasn't gotten any action in 15 years. Prices are absolutely absurd. And they only accept cash. They consistently take advantage of people in a bad spot. They would likely not be in business at all if they weren't somehow contracted by local police departments. This business operates unethically, and the owner should be ashamed. Avoid at all costs.

My son was involved in a serious motorcycle accident and Crawford took care of towing his vehicle the person who caused the accident Joe Boyd posted a negative review on the website. Barb has been nothing but wonderful helping me get through this difficult time It appears Joe Boyd has no remorse for almost killing my son and for altering his life forever. I wish the only thing my son had to do was pay a little bit of money. Before we trash others perhaps we should look in the mirror

I chose another auto body shop because of Crawford's owner's rude, arrogant treatment of a potential customer. My experience was corroborated by another auto body shop. These people were respectful, friendly and professional. Crawford's must not care about getting business.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This business is unethical. I originally posted a review last week when I thought the car was off their lot. They called demanding the post be removed and delayed the release of the car another day. They charge a storage fee - so they made more money because of this. Since this is all handled by insurance companies - maybe the justify it. I will not have my car towed there ever again.

Extremely happy with the tow service I used today and would definitely recommend! The driver was quick to the scene, friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure I was aware of the cost and any mileage fees when choosing which shop to tow me to and also did not show the least bit of annoyance when we needed to change my destination after reaching the initial shop I chose. Thank you, Crawford's!

I can't thank Crawfords Auto Center Inc. Towing enough for helping my mother and I navigate our recent total loss claim. They were truly on our side and made sure we were being treated right by the insurance company! They absolutely put the customer #1! Amazing customer service, can't thank Barb enough for all the help! Wish there were more companies like this out there!

Crawford's is top notch. Owners are very educated and have the best interest in their customers. They fought insurance adjusters for two months to get my car fixed correctly. Don't listen to the haters below.

Crawford's is the best. Great service, super professional and knowledgeable in the fields of auto service, repair and towing, storage- especially dealing with accidents and insurance companies- they keep their clients informed and provide sanity and fair pricing in what can be a traumatic and frustrating situation.

I had a relatively small issue with my car but am so happy that I went to Crawford's. The folks in the office were extremely efficient and friendly. The entire process went so much more smoothly than I had anticipated and the price was good too. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to have work done on their car. I can't say enough good things about Crawford's. They took excellent care of me from the minute my car was towed there. Offered to help me with the car rental store, any other post follow-up work that may need to be done etc. They also assisted me in getting things out of my car during the time it was being fixed, any time I called, I was treated with a friendly voice and kindness.

When my car was done, it looked fantastic. Also, it was very clean, outside and in. They had even emptied my trash bag! If I ever need body work again (I hope not) I will definitely go there. I strongly recommend Crawford's for their service.

Great service. I had a mechanical issue with my Jeep Wrangler and they were able to fit me in right away and I was also able to get my PA state inspection done while my Jeep was at Crawford's. I heard great things about Crawford's from friends and family. My brother who is a US Marine got hit down at the beach two days after he got his 2014 Subaru BRZ.

My brother was on leave for 3 weeks and needed to get in right away and Crawford's was able to accommodate his needs and handled any issues with his insurance company. His Subaru BRZ looks great and runs great! I highly suggest Crawford's plus they are a family owned business and have been around for years.

Great customer service, honest and excellent work. Was in a tough spot when I had issues with not being able to open my rear front and passenger doors after a fender bender. This business is close to my house and I drive past it almost everyday. Pulled in without an appointment to hopefully have someone take a look and give me an estimate. Was also hoping to avoid going through insurance.

The front office is professionally decorated and staff very helpful. Without having me wait, they came out front and evaluated the situation and walked me through my options to repair. Its an older car and I did not want to spend thousands of $. I was not at all pressured or manipulated to get the entire side replaced which I'm sure would have been the case if I would have gone through a dealer.

I chose to have the car doors made operable for the time being and will take some time to decide what I want to do about the dents. They took the car in immediately and did a great job fixing the doors.they open and close like new. I felt the cost of the job was more then reasonable and I was very pleased with my entire experience at Crawfords. I highly recommend this body shop and will be using them(hopefully not too frequently) in the future.
