Rad Air Complete Car Care

Had a problem with my brakes after getting them replaced somewhere else. They got me in the same day, found the problem and fixed it for a very fair price. They were fast friendly and effective.

There was a lot wrong with our car and Rad Air was able to repair it fully within 2 days. They were very communicative through the whole process and extremely friendly and helpful. I needed my air conditioner repaired on my car before the hot summer gets here. I contacted this company on a Monday evening and was told to come in Tuesday morning. These guys got me right in, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, re-scheduled my repair for the very next morning, and had me on my way within an hour. Tony, the manager, is awesome to work with and all the guys really are excellent at this place.

I brought my car back on Tuesday and was given a loaner car while they worked on mines. I will definitely be coming back here when needed for service on my car and would highly recommend Rad Air in Cuyahoga Falls to anyone for car service and repairs!

I was in a real "pickle!" I was visiting my Mom from California. I always need to borrow her car while I'm in town, allowing me the capability to grocery shop and see friends. We smelled gas fumes in the garage a few days in a row and it caused concern, but I only had a few days left in town to get the problem diagnosed and repaired. I heard GREAT things about the professionalism and service at RadAir in Seven Hills near Sprague Road. Originally, I made the appointment online which was very convenient, but the time in Ohio was getting short.

My growing concern motivated me to simply take the car into RadAir the next morning with NO appointment - just hoping they could look at the car. Guess what!?! They did! Not only that, but they were able to replace 3 gas lines a day earlier than originally thought! I highly recommend RadAir to all. What a wonderful customer experience!

My daughters car was not reliably starting. I drove it over to Tony and he was very nice and gave me advice about keeping the price low while getting things done. He actually gave my daughter his card and said if her car doesn't start, he will drive over to start it. Services: Oil change, Battery

I brought my car in because it was very loud and smelling of exhaust/fumes. I made an appt and brought it in on that day and they were very nice and helpful! The next day they called and told me what all was wrong with my car and then gave me an estimate. I told them to go ahead and fix it all and they did! I picked it up the following day and it runs as good as new. I love this place as they are clean, professional, and easy to work with. Since I started coming here I haven't brought my car anywhere else!

Quentin was Great! Good vibes. When I called about my car needing fixed they were an immediate help. He really helped me get the best part for my car at the best price. Especially through this snow storm .

Very polite, honest and courteous people at RadAir. Tony told me what my issues on my car were. I chose to get a select few that I could afford at the time. He went out of his way on a Saturday to make sure I had a loaner car to get to work. After doing the work, Tony was honest and told me one of the issues he addressed with me beforehand had got worst and was willing to work with me on getting it taken care of.

He didn't care about the money so much as he felt it was his responsibility because prior he told me the issue wasnt as bad of a concern. Other places would have just quoted me and said "good luck". so I am thankful to have found this place when I did. Highly would reccomend if you want honesty and reliability

The guys fit me in, on a very busy day, to patch one of my tires. They had me in and out in 30 minutes! Not only did they fix my tire, but they checked all my tires and filled them! I appreciated their help and felt they were honest and super professional. I will definitely go to them for any work I will need on my car in the future! Highly recommend!

I brought my car here because I was going back and forth with Firestone. They had my car for 9 hours and didn't do any work to it so I looked around and called rad air. He got me in last minute and completed the repairs in the time he said he would. Mind you it was the day before Christmas Eve and he made sure I was able to be back on the road to visit my family in Cincinnati. Thank you so much for your service and I recommend them for any needs you have. Straight forward honest and what I love the most is HE KEPT HIS WORD! That goes a long way.

My trailing arm broke. I made several calls to different shops to get repaired and not one of them could get me in until the new year. I called RadAir and spoke with Quenton. He took my car in the same day. Had his tech give me a shuttle ride home. Within a couple of hours, Quenton called with the cost of the repair and I was back on the road the early the next day. This will definitely be my new "go to" repair shop. Very pleased with the customer service and the politeness of everyone I met. Keep up the great work guys!

The customer service was great at both offering unsolicited information and answering all our questions. We needed an entire transmission rebuild and they finished several days ahead of the quoted time frame. We were given a loaner vehicle which was an absolute necessity. Everything went exceptionally well. Would definitely recommend! Edit 11-22-2021: We had a small transmission fluid leak coming from one of the lines by the radiator a few months after.

We called, set an appointment for the next day and after a few hours they found the issue and fixed it for us under the warranty, at no charge. We definitely didn't see that coming since we thought there would at least be some sort of cost considering it wasn't actually the transmission itself. They stood by their word and the work they did for us!

Came in woth a fuel line leak that was really bad. Expected it to take 2 days to fix, which I was fine with. They heard I was on vacation and was able to fix it that day for a fair price. Even explained the reason the line leaked and made sure it wouldn't happen again. Super nice, super professional, and super fair

Rad Air came highly recommended, and I am so pleased to experience why. I truly appreciated the turn-around time, full explanation of services rendered, and suggestion of other services necessary for my car's health. Understandably, the use of a loaner car was an enormous convenience and I was fortunate that Rob secured/reserved the one he had available.

I cannot sing enough praises concerning Rad Air, but I will be certain to not only trust my vehicle to them for further necessary repairs, but also to recommend them to my family and friends!

Place was great! They gave me a loaner and away I went! Brakes were done that day! Up front with the quote and checked out car and said it was ready for winter!

I dropped my car off to get a quote for a muffler. They tried to charge me $700 just for a muffler, so I took my car somewhere else and got the same exact job done for jus $75. Highway robbery if you ask me.

I highly recommend this place! They have loaner cars for you while your car is being worked on and were very helpful and honest. The warranty is nice too, !

I can not say enough nice stuff about these guys, especially Richard. After taking my SUV to other locations to get the condenser fixed. For nearly a year I had been fighting. Then being told outrages prices. I took it here and paid less then half of what I was told and even got a tune up. Thank you guys so much. Use RadAir, they are worth it.

My experience with RadAir was as pleasant as a car repair can be. I needed my air conditioner charged and they did it perfectly. The guys were very nice and the price was as expected. They do need more parking though.

RadAir has the best interior of any repair shop in the area. My favorite feature to the main room are two gorgeous red swivel chairs. This company is best tailored to clients where money is no issue. Estimates are not done for free; although I did receive a discount as a college student. What might have cost $150.00 was only $98.90 out the door. My electrical and engine diagnosis were $45.00 a piece.

To fix my rear taillights short circuit and bank one sensor with two oxygen sensors with labor (mechanics eat steak!) would cost $620. With my college discount service would be $536.77 which is quite a savings. My signature signed for notification of anything over $25.00. I requested to be notified if it was going to be over $50.00. My invoice did not come with diagrams or test printouts. RadAir is a member of the B&B & ASE certified. They offer towing and a complete line of services to 'add life to your car'.

Excellent experience! I typically dread getting my cars repaired, and being relatively new to town, I was even more suspect. I put off getting repairs to my 10 yr old car until a failed emissions test forced me into it. My schedule makes it difficult to arrange, and I knew I'd need a rental car. From the first phone call, Quentin and his staff were extremely professional. First, they offered me a loaner car to get to work.

They communicated frequently and clearly, always explaining the problems and offering options for fixing them. I was always given clear and accurate estimates of costs. My car runs great, and I am pleased to have found a repair shop that I can trust. I will recommend RadAir every chance I get.

I went to Rad Air because I received a free oil change coupon from my gym. They got me in quickly and not only finished my oil change within an hour, but they also checked and refilled fluids and did a basic inspection on my car. I was totally impressed with the service, especially since I came in with a coupon for a freebie. I purchased new wiper blades, but other than that, the oil change, tire rotation, and inspection was completely free. I'll definitely stop back when I'm ready for my next oil change!
