Unfortunately was not able to move forward with this shop to be able to assess the quality of their work. The assigned estimator was not reachable by phone when I called to discuss the repairs, and they are booked 2 months out for drivable repairs. Edit to reply: if you are using words like "juggling" perhaps you should consider your logistics workload and staffing bottlenecks.

My wife went to them for a estimate on repairing a small dent where she backed into her mothers car. We felt the cost was reasonable at the time. So we contacted them to set a day and time to do the work. They said they would need to see when their dentless repair person is available and would call back. Waited for two days and didnt recieved a call.

We reached out a second time and was told the estimator was busy and would call back. NEVER received the call back. SO GLAD THEY DIDN'T Searched on line and found a great dentless mobile repair company that came to the house and in 30 min all was fixed. And the best part it was 200.00 less than the estimate. Use to be great place to take your vehicle for repairs but with my last experience would not recommend

I first went to Baker's at the recommendation of AAA. The staff was very professional and courteous and demonstrated excellent communication skills at the individual and team level. My husband and I always look forward to the cookies we receive when we pick up our vehicles, too. It's a little something extra to end the day on a good note after the stress of a car repair.

They changed my spark plugs, and replaced 2 dry-rotted hoses, and replaced 3 gaskets for me. They did an absolutely wonderful job, for a great price! They are definitely a great auto repair place! Service: General repairs & maintenance

Baker's Collision Service Center in Mansfield, Ohio, AAA approved is one of the best automotive places I have ever used. Service is fabulous, location is spotless, receptionists cheerful and knowledgeable. Fresh baked cookies were an addition I never experience before. All of this and very reasonable prices also.

Repairs were made on tome and look great! The bakers team worked closely with my insurance company, making my experience really easy. The carwise text alerts are awesome! Keeping me up to date the entire way with pictures. Great job bakers team, thanks for making everything like new!

If you value the safety of your family, do not go to Bakers. I had hit a dead deer in the road-unavoidable. Took it to Bakers for inspection. The bumper was able to be moved at least an inch, up and down. It was solid before when they fixed it from a previous repair. Mark Baker inspected it. Told me all was ok. I asked about the bumper movement, he stated it was designed that way.

Lie #1. I asked if there was styrofoam behind the bumper, he said yes. I stated that it was broken. Only then did he come over and take notice and pictures. The customer had to find the damage! The only thing they fixed was the broken styrofoam, bumper still loose. They refused to fix it by stating nothing was wrong with it, Later found out the brake calipers were messed up and the sway bar broken.

Front suspension damaged also but found out too late to get insurance to pay for it. G&M Body found the loose bumper problem in under 10 minutes. Horrible service, he acted like I was bothering him by just being there. For your safety and that of your family, go anywhere else.

Took my jeep there for some work because I didn't have the time, and they over charged me. They claimed they adjusted transfer case linkage as I had requested, but it still jumps out of 4wd. I looked under the jeep and the linkage wasn't touched. It was so rusted and one piece was held on by bailing wire. There was no way they even looked at it.

But the charged me anyway. Stay away. Dishonest people. Also claimed they looked at the exhaust and that wasn't true. Manifold was loose and it would have been a 5 minute fix.

I couldn't be happier! I hit two deer and my car needed some serious love. It looks amazing and everyone was so so helpful. It was done in a week! They completely cleaned the inside (it's never been cleaner!) Not to mention, they left me cookies on my passengers seat and they were delicious. So pleased!

They invited me for a shop tour. Very nice people, very clean place. I would recommend them. I couldn't believe the paint work coming out of the out of the booth. They were even baking cookies in the office. Chris and Charlie were very friendly. If I'm ever in need of auto repair in their area that is definitely where I am going.

I had a issue with a broken rear window. I wanted to take my vehicle here to get a estimate on what the damage was going to be cost wise. The estimator canceled my first appointment to have a quote; after I finally got to make a new appointment to price the damage, I tried calling to schedule to have the work preformed. I called five times to speak to the estimator or anybody that was able to schedule, no luck.

Still haven't heard back from them. I had horrible customer service and do not recommend this place. I took it to another local company and they had me in and out within two days with no issues and great customer service.
