I've had plenty of work done there on our family cars and they have good service and a very spacious waiting area for those who are waiting. They have WiFi, TV and plenty of magazines. I am updating this review. Since my first review I had a lot of other work done which was all done to my satisfaction including the installation of a trailer hitch and hitch wiring.

Me and my mother both go to PRO-CAT auto for any car troubles we have. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. They are very thorough on their assessment of your car and will not lead you wrong in terms of repairs. They are honest and will let you know what really needs to be fixed at that time versus what may need replacing in the near future.
They also do a good job of explaining why things need to be repaired if you don't know alot about cars. I'd definately recommend going to them for your car repairs, tune ups, or diagnostics! Philomena (my car) is always happier after we leave! :)

I own two old cars and recently decided to do some repairs, work and updating on them. I contacted Pro-Cat. They diagnosed the repair work and gave me a price, which I thought was right for the amount of work they had to do and correct previous poor repairs. Jen and Jill could not have been more courteous and knowledgeable with the work that had to be done. The work was completed on time at the price they quoted and I could not been happier. I thought my son was nuts taking his car here the 1st time instead of a chain establishment. Boy was I wrong. These folks are professional and know their business inside and out. I have never had such a thorough explanation of what was wrong with my car, including pictures, and the options available to fix it. No high pressure, no heavy sales pitch, just wanted to get my car fixed right and concerned about safety. I am sold and have a new respect for independent mechanics and repair shops. Bravo!

I recently took a new used car for a diagnostic test before finalizing the purchase. Will gave me a honest straightforward assessment of the vehicle. Needless to say, I did not go forward with the purchase. I trust their expertise and recommendations because in 2016, after three other auto repair centers told me that my '06 Ford Explorer was not worth putting money into, ProCat said otherwise.
Six years later and I still have my Ford! Will, Suk Hee, Jennifer and the ProCat team have been taking care of both my vehicles since then and I wouldn't drive an hour away for mediocre service. If you want a repair center that takes pride in their work, I recommend ProCat.

I'm leaving for Florida & need to have my oil change, fluids checked, tires rotated & what not, Pro-Cat went above and beyond to accommodate me and everything I needed, they check my tires, rotated them as well as changed my battery and at a very good price. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends that are still in the area an d even when and if I come back. I would definitely use them again.
