Fairway Collision Center

We are a local veteran nonprofit that honors veterans as they are being laid to rest, our specially equipped vehicle is vital to carrying out our mission. Our vehicle had body damage that needed to be repaired and I spent a couple disappointing months trying to find a body shop that could work with our unique situation, thankfully we were referred to Fairway Collision.

I personally spent 25 years in car dealerships and know the challenges that a busy shop has, especially these days with supply chain and employee issues. Fairway Collision went above and beyond my expectations, our adviser Paul was simply amazing! I would insist that anyone in need of body shop repairs contacts these good people!

Fairway was wonderful! I was in an accident had was left with an undrivable vehicle. They were able to find space on their lot for me to have my car towed there. Kaylin was super helpful and kept me informed through the entire experience. She even went out and retrieved the plate from my car when my insurance determined that my car was totaled. Over all, it was a great experience with them. I will forever be using Fairway for all of my regular car maintenance and if I ever end up in a collision again. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

The Fairway Collision Center team were super professional; keeping me apprised of the date of completion, cleaning and vacuuming my car, repairing my car after my accident and it looked great! I have been going to this shop for years! Never disappointed when I receive my car back, from being backed into to simple maintenance. They stand by their work with confidence. Omg! Amazing I hit a deer a month ago and took my vehicle to Fairway Collision! Absolute best decision! They were Amazing! Went above and beyond to help us with my vehicle! We also in the middle of moving up to Buena Vista! I would definitely recommend them to all my Family and friends! They are amazing! Friendly personable and simple Amazing!

A longtime standing auto repair and collision center. After the incident involving my car, they were the third option State Farm sent me to; and it's as they say "third time is the charm." They were polite, professional, timely, communicated extremely well and had a phenomenal turn around time. I then recommended them to a friend of mine and saw the same great service once again. First I would like to point out that I have been in the automotive industry for a decade. I am extremely picky when it comes to my vehicles being worked on by someone who is not myself. They did an amazing job at fairway, my vehicle is black (which if you're not in the industry, is very hard to get done correctly compared to other colors) and the body work and paint is flawless.

You would never be able to tell it was hit or repainted. The door jam repair is also flawless, very very VERY solid craftsmanship. Turn around time was extremely quick. Up front at the office they were extremely friendly and helpful in more ways than they realize. This company has earned a permanent customer, If I were you I would not consider another location. They even detailed my car, inside and out. I wasn't expecting that at all. Extremely satisfied with the company.

After someone hit our new car in a parking lot, we were in the market for a trustworthy garage. We called a number of places, but we were not impressed by the low level of customer service offered at the garages we tried. Luckily, we were recommended Fairway by another business and were glad that we were. Fairway is locally-owned, which is important to us.

They were very responsive when we called, and they managed our paperwork via email, which was convenient. They sent us text messages throughout the repair process, and the car was done two days ahead of schedule. We'd recommend Fairway to our family and friends in need of a trustworthy garage, and we plan on returning to Fairway for future car maintenance and repairs.

Fairway did an excellent job repairing some body damage done to my son's car by a friend of his. They were the best deal of three businesses and got the car fixed in less than a week. The car is 16 years old and looks like new where repaired. Would not hesitate to go back. Hopefully, we won't have to, but I know the repair will be done right If I need to. Great job Fairway!

After being side swiped and having our whole side panel needing replaced, , Fairway Collision Center had our vehicle done 3 days ahead of schedule with also swapping out all 4 tires! The most friendly and courteous staff there could ever be. Many updates on completion throughout the whole process which was very nice. Upon inspection of my vehicle, it was like a brand new vehicle driving off the car lot.

As I opened the door and entered to depart the facility, I noticed a HUGE surprise. They had also detailed the whole interior of my vehicle! Now that's going above and beyond customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend these guys for any and all your vehicles needs.
