They replaced my air conditioner condenser and belt a couple months ago. I was having trouble with the belt squealing when I started the car. Made an appointment to have them take a look and they tightened the belts and quickly called to say it was done, no charge. I've used their services a few times and have always been happy with the outcome.

Higher cost than expected. Over $800 only got partial repairs and even being told a simple exhaust fix was beyond what they can do. Was told oil wasn't showing on the dipstick but they couldn't be troubled to do a courtesy of adding any even after spending over $800.

Fantastic service! These guys are honest, affordable, and are just straight to the point without trying to upsell you on additional services for your vehicle. I brought my truck here for an oil change & 35k miles service and also requested an estimate for brake service. The estimate was free, and I was able to schedule an appointment the following week. They said it would take 45 minutes to an hour and they were done in 40 minutes. I'm quite impressed and will continue to bring my truck here for service.

I grew up in Clackamas and used First Choice for years. I now live over an hour away and all though I don't make the drive for simple things like oil changes or light bulb replacements I always make the drive for significant fixes or issues. On this occasion I showed up unannounced with no appointment late on a Monday and my car was done on Wednesday morning! I appreciate they're speediness as well as honesty most of all.

Great service. Knowledgeable staff. Fair prices. I've taken my car here a several times and have always found the staff to be very knowledgeable and helpful. After price shopping 5+ places for repair costs, they seem to always offer some of the best prices in the area. When I first moved out here, I had them recommended to me by several auto parts stores. Their quality work and fair prices, I feel, are why they were first recommended. (word play intended.)
