Since our founding, we've sought to help each of our partners as we would our own family and we know we'll be seeing people again and again over the life of a fleet. That's what gets us going every morning, the knowledge that we help people realize their full potential. We focus on continuous improvement.
Blaine Brothers has been a proud member of the trucking community for over 40 years, providing the best in trucking parts, service and sales. Two brothers (Fred & Rick Dally) started the business in Blaine, hence the name "Blaine Brothers." Fruehauf Trailers closed its Saint Paul branch, Blaine Brothers purchased the parts inventory.
Blaine Brothers launched a successful business in 1979 by providing quality, dependable service to the transportation industry. As this valuable industry continues to grow, our ultimate goal is always to meet the needs of fleets and those who manage them. For us, that means the most highly trained, loyal and knowledgeable team.
We focus on continuous improvement. Whether it's seeking out new brands, building an additional location or offering innovations like mobile service, we are devoted to bettering ourselves in order to help others keep rolling at their best. Through our values we will strive to offer every one of our partners a helping hand in realizing their full potential by delivering value in parts, service, and sales in the industries we serve.

We called Blaine Brothers when our bus broke down full of people on exit 12 on I94. We sent them a picture of the hose that split and they told us that they would be able to fix it. We also asked them to bring enough coolant to refill the bus. The mobile mechanic came and patched the pipe so we could continue going. He then put in 10 gallons of Antifreeze in the bus and the code still showed.
My husband told him we needed more than 10 gallons of Antifreeze but he told us not to add any more as it would be too much and would wreck othet things in the system. We believed him despite the fact that the code was still showing up periodically for a second and then going out. So, we continued on our way. 40 miles down the road the code came on and the fail safe shut the engine down causing us to lose steering power and we hit the ditch(IN A BUS FULL OF PEOPLE.) Once we finally got out of the ditch the tow truck driver put in 6.5 more gallons of Antifreeze and the bus was fine to continue on our journey.
Even was inspected by a large truck shop/dealer and they told us that the only problem was that the mechanic from Blaine Brothers did not put enough coolant in the bus we told him he should. I gave them 2 stars because they did come out at 6 am and they did successfully patch the leak but if he had been willing to listen to us and not brush us off and tell us we could drive it wouldn't have cost us bad publicity of being in the ditch, $1800 pull out fee and almost the loss of our charter at costs higher than we were paid for the contract. Was not worth the $800 we had to pay them.

I had a driver with a brake can leaking in St Paul on a Saturday night. On a recommendation from Jerry's Towing in Roberts I called Blaine Brothers. The dispatcher answered the phone and was very professional, took all of my information and my driver's info. My driver informed me that the service tech was on site within 50 minutes of me calling for service, and within 30 minutes the brake can was changed and the truck was ready to go. No, they are not cheap, but you get what you pay for and at 730 on a Saturday night I wanted the truck fixed without any headaches. I would certainly recommend them to anyone, and we will use them again the next time we need service in the Twin Cities area.

I asked the lead mechanic at my shop if he knew about converting a 9 speed transmission to a 13 speed. He said yes Blaine Brothers is across the street and they are excellent. I decided to get a service and he made me an appointment for 1600. 3.5 hours later my service was twice the price I didn't hang around to see if I would get a a kiss with that screwing and I won't be back.

We had a problem with our trailer lights not working. Called Blaine Brothers to see if they could fix them, they said they were too busy BUT they could come after hours. Price would be 167.00 per hour plus they put a hold of $800.00 on our bank account (I understand that). We had no choice, needed the lights fixed. He finally showed up, (mind you they are 11 miles away from where the truck was) work on the truck for about 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours, he got the lights working. Called the next day because I still did not receive a invoice and the money was still on hold in my bank account.
They did get me the invoice after about 15 minutes, was shock on the total. Was figuring about $300.00-$350.00. The bill was $584.26, they charge for 2.86 hours (again they were 11 miles away) no where on the invoice is the hours. Shop supplies $50.15 (what shop supplies), service call fee $50.00 (nothing was said about a service fee when called) plus the supplies they used which were $6.05.
I definitely will not recommend them to other drivers. Guess we should of know, we had them do some work on our other truck in May 2020, and the pricing was not what they said it would be. Blaine Brothers made it right with no problem.

I brought my 2017 Jayco Fifth wheel in for a leaf spring suspension adjustment to ride more level with the front pin box on a cross country trip after dealing with it whipping around for over 2,000 miles on the freeway and making the ride horrible for the family. I called w/o an appointment and the guys got me right in on Fri night at 8pm! They were fast, courteous and even offered up the use of the break room for my 17month old daughter, my wife and 10yr old son.
They truly provided excellent service and being more than 2300 miles from home, Id drive just to come back for service again. Working in Law Enforcement, I know the value of quality customer service and satisfaction in work. Let me tell you, I did not leave unsatisfied! Thank You ALL, Especially my Tech's Jake and Marlon!

Finally, someplace that still thinks customers are important. Called to see if they could install shocks on my class A RV, I was told they could do it any day when the shocks came in as they do not carry the brand I wanted. I ordered the shocks and when I got them, they installed. 4 shocks installed in less than an hour and a half. If you need shocks or suspension work on your class A RV then this is the place to go.
