Auto Go

I accidentally ran over a curb that came out of no where and did some damage to the under side my mustang convertible. Thankfully just across the street was Auto Go. Andy at the front desk got a mechanic to look at my car right away and access the damage. They ordered the parts which were in the next day. He gave me a loner car and we were on our way.

That was the ticket to saving our entire trip! So grateful for that! Andy and his mechanics explained everything and were nothing less than spectacular! I felt like I was in good, honest hands! Communication was great. We had the car back the next day and had a safe trip home. I would tell anyone that they can can trust these guys and you are not going to be taken. I'm from South Dakota and those guys were just as nice as my Midwest people up here. I can't say enough good things about Andy and his great mechanics!

My wife and I have used Auto Go for four years and up until my last experience have been very pleased with their staff. Unfortunately, I recently had to bring my car in to repair my Air Conditioning system. Apparently, a portion of the system fail while still under the original warranty. They attempted to repair the system repeatedly and failed. I brought the car in three times and still, the system doesn't always work. So now I can't count on it during the hottest part of the year.

While on vacation from Houston to Branson, I had a truck breakdown. Chris' Wrecker towed my truck. Garrett, my wrecker driver recommended AutoGo. Lucky for me, I had AutoGo work on my truck. They loaned me a loaner car to get around town while they repaired my truck. Andy, my service advisor, was GREAT. I highly recommend Andy and the AutoGo service team. Thanks for the wonderful service, the loaner car, and your friendliness. Iykur effort did not go unnoticed.

My experience with Auto Go was really great. My vehicle had a shake so when I took it in, they did a full diagnostic and even sent me a complete report via text before calling to discuss so I could see what they were talking about. I needed my brake system replaced, which was unexpected but the experience was still good there. They didn't gouge me on prices and did the labor fairly quickly.

Because my vehicle was so bad, they gave me a loaner overnight while they finished the job. A week later I had another issue that was related to the first issue so they did another diagnostic free of charge to determine why it was still happening. Come to find out there was a defect somewhere on the manufacturers side of things. Auto Go quickly took care of the issue and got me back on the road.

Even with the extra issue, the way they handled it made me glad I chose to go there. Their staff has always been friendly and they have gone over the top in customer service. I will definitely be taking my vehicle there for all of my service needs from now on.

I have taken my car here a handful of different times for various things and I have found them to be very knowledgeable and fairly priced.

We went in to have them check out our heater, which was producing no heat. They quoted me $1800 to replace the heater core, which I later found out wasn't even the problem. They charged me $110 just to look at it. This is my 6th all time 1 star review out of over 100

My car broke down while on vacation this week and we took it to Auto Go and could not have had a better experience. We live 10 hours away and were stranded. Not only did Auto Go provide us with a courtesy vehicle but got our car fixed the next day even though the repair was extensive and labor intense. Dustin was amazing. He kept us informed every step of the way and everyone did their best to get us back on the road as quickly as possible.

We are full time RVers so rely on Yelp reviews. Auto Go was 5 stars. Very honest with their findings - said everything was good. Brad was very welcoming and certainly could have taken advantage knowing we are traveling through MO. I highly recommend them!

I was told i would need a new alternator, and battery and the low price off $1300.00 so i did some research of my own. went to a wonderful place called The Garage in Reeds spring turns out my Alternator is fine got a new battery all in all $120.00 thank god for honest people!

Auto to go is a place that treats u as family. We own a Firestone in our home town. We moved to Branson a couple of years ago. When I take my cars here, I feel like I am at home in our shop. They r friendly and do great work. If u don't have a mechanic shop, try these guys. U won't go anywhere else

I've been going to Auto Go for the past three and a half years and have never had an issue. The workers are friendly and willing to work with me. They always have great deals and offers available to save money which is always appreciated! I use AMSOIL in my car and they are the only shop in the Branson area that I've found to carry this. I would recommend their business to anyone.

They tried to overcharge me $150 on an out of state van. They quoted me $400 for rear brake pads & rotors. I went down the road to Express Care who charged me $250 for the exact same job.

Horrible. Over charge and nonsense. I looked up parts online. 2 ball joints they want to charge $160. I found 2 new ones online for $22 for both. They charge a extra $80 for any diagnostics and don't take it off the bill. My clutch was out. I knew that but wanted to charge me to tell me. Charge me $80 to put on a flywheel. It's a 15 minute take off 5 bolt job. Save your money and go else where. No trust

I had a little problem that they were able to diagnose in a heartbeat. So reassuring in the middle of a big road trip! Right next to Sonic so it's easy to find as well.
